Amazing!
Got this on a black Friday sale and waited a few months to write this review! Iâm in love with this machine. Loud yes but such good coffee! Iâm the only coffee drinker but still use it several times a day (3-5). The frother adds a chef kiss to it! Highly recommend and yes the coffee is pricey but worth it!

Compact, easy and delicious
I wanted a simple and easy espresso machine and found this one and love it.I can make expresso or coffee and thereâs a variety of pods to choose from – all very delicious .Espresso provides free recycling bags to send the used pods back for their recycling program.Great quality, consistently good and we are enjoying it

The only coffee machine you will ever need!
This coffee/expresso machine is amazing! The taste is way better than any other machine easy. The design is super neat because the pods self empty as well as how compact it is. Definitely saves more space on the counter. This doesnât leak like my kurig did either. Simply good quality.

Undecided — 11/23/2024 UPDATED REVIEW
I decided today to set this machine up. (Had back surgery recently & wasn’t up to doing it till now) Sadly, now I’m passed the return window ð𫤠So, anyway, 1st thought was how it just sits on the counter, no base. I will need to buy the base that holds the pods (more money) 2nd thought: Ugh, you have to use the apps to find out how clean it the 1st time or how to even use it. (I guess I’m old school now). 3rd thought: It is quite noisy! No sneaking a cup with this one ð. I opened the included frother. 4th thought: another piece of equipment which needs to be plugged into an outlet. That’s annoying. At this point I want to return it. but too late. Hopefully the coffee tastes good enough to make all this forgettable. So, let’s see….. my first pods i used was a single expresso shot i guess cause apparently the amount it made was just that. 5th thought: since I only have a 2 plug outlet,to use the frother at the same time, I have to unplug my coffee pot (there goes the clock) as they are both 3 prong plugs. …..hmmmmm……another drawback. Oh well, I will now download the app to see what else I can find out. I think I’ll stick with my Ninja is if I want a quick cuppa! I will probably enjoy this more after I learn more.UPDATE: I’ve made a decision now…..I LOVE THIS ESPRESSO VERTUO! I watched videos on YouTube & learned how to use it and more info about it. No where in the papers rec’d with it does say that all the coffee pods that work with this Nespresso machine are bar-coded to tell the machine how much water to use for the size you are making. That impressed me. ALSO, note only the VERTUO pods work in this Nespresso; original pods are totally different, so be aware of that fact. It isn’t as LOUD as I originally stated & it works so fast that doesn’t matter. The milk frother works amazing! I was out of milk one day, so I used a bit of heavy cream i had in the fridge & some flavored cream. Don’t bother only warmed it….I only use Whole Milk so not sure how well smaller % would work. I’ve spent way too much money on different boxes of coffee pods…..lol. Not to mention the pod holder i now bought which goes underneath the Vertuo model. And now, I really want to try the “iced” pods now!

Makes delicious beverages but is LOUD.
This Nespresso Virtuo is great. It makes a perfect espresso or coffee. I love that the machine automatically detects the size of beverage based on pod size, and can accommodate all virtuo pod sizes! It is easy to remove the tank to refill, or leave there and bring the water to the machine. I like that the reservoir is off to the side rather than directly behind – makes it much easier to refill. It automatically pops the pods out and into the hidden bin, which is also very easy to empty. It also came with a sample pack of pods to try various sizes, styles and flavors of coffee and espresso! My only complaint is how loud it is. It is definitely the loudest machine of this sort I have used. Thankfully my family are heavy sleepers and don’t wake easily as I’m always the first awake and eager for my caffeine fix!

Awesome
Looooove my Nespresso machine!! Switched over from the Keurig we’ve been using for the past almost 10years and not sure why I didn’t switch sooner. I love the Nespresso pods (although they are a bit more expensive than the Keurig ones we’d been getting) but man, does it make a great cup of espresso or coffee in the morning! 100% worth it!!

Very practical and easy to use
I have the bigger barista creations model but I gifted this to my mother in law and itâs as good or Iâd say better since the frother isnât attached and itâs easier to clean and overall take care of

Worked great for 11 months; needed deep cleanin
I have cleaned, descaled and carefully cleaned and rotated the heads on top that spin, and my machine still does not work. For a machine that is advertised to work for ten years, this is abysmal. Iâm very upset because I love the flavors of the coffees you can purchase from Nespresso, and also have invested in equipment to make my own coffee in it. Iâm not sure that I can recommend machines that are this expensive and only last for under a year.Update: Iâm changing my rating to a five. The coffee is very good whether you use their pods or make your own. I like that option, and drink their pods for a treat. I cleaned the machine a few times, and descaled it, again, and then cleaned a few more times. Now, it works. Thank goodness! I think it needs to be descaled and cleaned more often than I was doing. I use citric acid because I donât like the toxic chemicals in most descaling solutions. You can use one tablespoon of citric acid in the full water container. Mix it well so the powder dissolves. Follow directions but do the press down for seven seconds, twice. The directions on the Nespresso videos are not clear about this. Someone wrote instructions in one of the comments and those are very clear. Once you get those instructions and figure it out, the process becomes less taxing. Iâll review, again, if the machine stops working. Iâm hopeful it lasts for at least ten years, like they advertise.Update, again:It worked once after I cleaned it and then wouldnât make any more coffee. Will keep trying to descale and clean it.
