OMG this thing is the best espresso/coffee machine
I agree the price is a little high but it was the ONLY thing my husband wanted for Xmas! I Deexided to get the all metal model with hopes of easier cleaning and what not. Wow not only is it easier to clean than the other machine nespresso makes but it makes really good beverages! They really put a lot of thought into the design with this model! The steamer is awesome too! And I love the auto disposal waste bin it has, saves us time in having to throw each pod away! Another reason I got this is that the pods are recyclable seeing that theyâre aluminum! Oh and you get your drinks fast, it takes little effort when you first turn it on to warm up and brew your drinks I would say it take around 30 – 45 seconds to heat up and make the coffee properly! I really love how easy to clean. I emphasize this because all the other machines Iâve had it was a pain in the ass! Get it and love it !

1000% Worth The Cost – Coffee Shop Lattes at Home!
Weâre really loving our Vertuo Creatista so far. We did purchase when it was on sale, but regardless, itâs probably one of the best purchases weâve made in a while (weâve honestly said this to each other a few times since purchasing). We were avid Starbucks goers and our coffee bills were really adding up. We went from a Keurig to this machine and it is quite the upgrade. Truly tastes like a coffee shop latte. We primarily use this to make lattes/cappuccinos and the frother is really great. We werenât sure we were ready for a more professional espresso maker and all the steps that went into grinding our own beans, tamping the grinds down, etc., so this really was the perfect machine for us. We love that itâs 1 touch for the frother and 1 touch for the coffee/espresso pod. Really easy to use and maintain. The Nespresso pod options are also really great – definitely tastier all around compared to Keurig. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for coffee-shop-grade drink (especially lattes/cappuccinos), but who isnât ready to commit to a more laborious machine. Hoping we continue to have 0 issues with it, but will upgrade my review if we see a decline in function.

Greatly Disappointed
Iâve never been more disappointed with a coffee machine especially considering the price I paid. Iâve had the Vertuo Creatista over a year and a half and itâs simply not reliable.It has two major issues. The first, is that the machine leaks from the bottom each and every time I run a machine rinse and occasionally when I rinse the milk frothing wand. Itâs just part of my routine now that I place a stack of paper towels underneath the machine when I plan to do any sort of machine rinse. The second is that Iâm forced to waste several coffee pods to eventually get one cup of coffee. Itâs apparently because the machine has issues reading the podâs barcode underneath the podâs rim. It doesnât matter whether itâs a Nespresso pod or some other brand, Iâm constantly greeted by the flashing red light on top of the pod compartment. Iâve cleaned the plastic pod reader inside the pod compartment, then completed a manufacturerâs reset by holding down the milk temperature button for the required number of seconds. All to no avail! I have decided not to buy any more pods until Iâve gone through the ones I have, so as not to waste any more money on this machine and then Iâll toss this useless machine into the trash.

Aesthetically beautiful but poor coffee performer
I have owned for three years a Nespresso Vertuo by Delonghi and have thoroughly enjoyed the crema and coffee extraction depth of flavor. I decided to upgrade to a stainless steel look with the Breville Vertuo Creatista since both machines use the same Nespresso Vertuo capsules. I am so disappointed in the machine’s ability to create a comparable crema and depth of flavor. It is a beautiful machine and I love the design but a poor performer. The coffee extraction is weak and the crema is frothy and not full bodied. I am very disappointed. If you want depth of flavor from your extraction and a creamy crema, you will not get this from this machine. I would compare it to a Keurig with a froth wand. If you have owned a Nespresso Vertuo by DeLonghi you will know exactly what I mean.

This one machine has all the parts to make every kind of coffee product we like. Itâs like having Starbucks right here in our house. You donât need to buy add-ons for warm milk, froth etc.,this machine does it all. Itâs a bit pricey but so worth it.

Garbage – As an Engineer, this is a terrible excuse for a design.
DO NOT BUY – THIS MECHANICAL ENGINEER SAYS THE MACHINE IS POORLY DESIGNEDUpdate: I was sent a new machine. This one is NO BETTER than the previous. It leaks all over our brand new counter FROM UNDERNEATH! I am a Mechanical Engineer and can tell with certainty this machine is a poorly designed piece of trash. ANY review that says otherwise is BS and likely a paid review.DO NOT BUYOriginalWe’ve had this machine for 3 days and made ~8 cups of coffee and 4 lattes. The machine gave an error saying the wand needs to be cleaned (it took an internet search to find out what the lights mean as the manual is garbage). When I tried to clean the wand, I had to use my phone, but the app kept telling me it was not connected and that there was no other way to clean the machine. I re-added the machine but got the same BS response. There is NO other help provided by the app.For this kind of money, I would expect it to last a few more days before cleaning (the manual says clean once a month) and that the cleaning process would be easy. GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE. I am throwing it in a box and returning it as trash.

Love the creamy coffee this machine makes! So far, my husband and I are very pleased with the quality although itâs more than what we would have liked to spend. We did buy it used for less than $700 so better deal than a sale. We didnât notice any cosmetic damage or issues, so glad we got it used for a better deal.The milk frother is the highlight – able to set 3 modes of temperature to your liking and how much youâd like the milk to froth.It looks aesthetically pleasing on the kitchen counter. Glad we got the all stainless steel to match our appliances. At first I was worried about the fingerprints, but itâs really not a big deal or leaves any noticeable prints unless you touch the machine with greasy, dirty hands. Beautiful machine that does a great job making a delicious cup of coffee every morning, which is something I look forward to daily!

This machine was awesome for 3 weeks then it would only make one cup before it would overheat and stop.Contacted Nespresso and wonât through a factory reset but the problem continued.They said they were sending me a label to return it to them ⦠that was a week ago and now itâs past my return date with Amazon.. this machine is now a thousand dollar piece of scrap.I will give Nespresso another couple of days to send me a return label to them.I expected more from Breville/Nespresso made items and customer services.Very disappointing.Update:I received a box and label 3 days after writing my first review,I packed it up and sent it off the next day .. here it is over 2 weeks later and no sign of my machine .

The unit has elegant design. It is easy to use. The quality and taste of coffee made using this machine is very good. The milk frother works easy and self clean itself. Keep in mind that you need to clean the milk frother with a damp cloth after each use. This doesnât bother me because it is a quick wipe. I recommend this unit!
