I had a keurig before this and the quality on the nespresso is far superior. The machine heats up quickly and produces a nice smooth and hot cup of coffee. Iâve only had an issue with the machine once which was resolved by Nespresso staff in a short fashion. Great product especially when itâs on sale. If you can wait, Black Friday and Boxing Day is a great time to purchase

Still works great after 2 years.We used our in a live in motorhome. Can even leave it on the table while traveling (-:.It is little bulky for our use compared to other nespresso machines.No troubles or leaks, so overall a good buy.Enjoy

This is my third Nespresso Machine. The first two (Warranty coverage) were the Next Model which I learned very quickly is a terrible to use machine. Nothing but problems. It was replaced once and when the same issue started again the warranty would replace it again. I was out another coffee machine. The coffee itself is what keeps me as a customer. Itâs the best tasting best quality of a single brew machine.This machine has been brilliant. Itâs a big bigger on my counter. But itâs quieter. Built better than the Next models and still easy to use with zero issues up to this point. Highly recommend this model or any model other than the Next models.

Switching from Keurig to Nespresso is like night and day. The quality is unparalleled. There are various sizes of coffee and espresso, each capsule states what it is and if you are unsure just pull up the Nespresso site and thereâs a breakdown of everything! You also get 10% off for auto replenish orders with the Nespresso app. Certain machines offer different qualities, this machine does not brew XL, carafe or cold brew capsules (you can still make iced coffee). The vertuo line does NOT take the original pods, it takes the dome shaped capsules. This machine is so easy to use once youâve done the initial cleaning cycle (use hot water not cold). The aeroccino is a great addition for cold or hot foam. My bf and I wanted to stop buying Starbucks and this has really sealed the deal! No leakage so far and the water tank is easy to fill and replace. Functionally this is great, it does everything we need and simply, I love that the old capsules get ejected to a tank on the right side of the machine when you open it up after making a drink and when itâs full you can empty the tank into your recycling. I highly suggest buying the syrups for added flavor in your drink and foam, a metal pitcher for over ice drinks and the double wall glasses to give the overall sophisticated feel! I love this thing, I shouldnât have waited so long. It makes good coffee.
My Dad has a Keurig machine, and whenever I visit my Mom & Dad, I’m filled with elated anticipation, as I awaken and realize it’s time to have some of Dad’s coffee. Knowing how much I enjoy it, he offered to gift me with either a Keurig or Nespresso machine, for Christmas. He said he heard a lot of people like the Nespresso. So I checked out the online reviews, and decided I wanted to get a Nespresso machine. In one review, a lady said her Mother-in-Law has a Keurig, and when she visits, she just can’t wait to get home again, and return to her Nespresso. I have to agree with her. My Dad’s Keurig is great, but this Nespresso generates a foamy cream on top of every cup, and it is so delicious! It comes with a tray of 15 coffee pods, so you can sample the different types and see which ones you prefer. I wasn’t too sure about the first three I tried, but the one I had today blew my socks off, it was SO DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend this machine. Some of the pods are actually espresso, which I couldn’t believe. You don’t have to have an espresso machine, if you have a NESPRESSO! I like the fact that this machine collects the used pods, so that you don’t have to find somewhere to hide a bag of them–in a cupboard or drawer, or whatever, taking up space. And because the used pods are housed in the art-deco style, right hand side of the coffee maker, you would never think there were recyclables inside. I am into recycling, and will be participating in the Nespresso recycling program, where they send you a self-addressed envelope to mail them back to the company. I also like the simplicity of this Nespresso machine, in that it has zero options. With my Dad’s Keurig, I have to delineate whether I’m making a cup or a pot of coffee, then I have to tell it whether I want my cup to be 8, 10, or 12 ounces. The Nespresso pods all have UPC codes (is that the right word?), so that when you place them in the coffee maker, the codes are read, and the machine knows exactly how much water to use. Good engineering! Additionally, I like the fact that this machine is expressly for one-cup–not a pot. I always make my husband a pot of coffee in the morning, but I only enjoy the first, hot cup. Afterwards, even though our coffee maker has a thermos-style carafe, the coffee loses heat quickly. Also, I am surprised that some of the Nespressos come with milk frothers. It seems quite unnecessary. Lastly, when my Dad offered me a choice of either a Keurig or Nespresso coffee maker, I thought the Nespresso would not be possible, because it was more expensive, and I didn’t want to take advantage of his generosity–but I was wrong. The Nespresso is actually is LESS expensive than the Kuerigs that I examined, when I was out shopping. Less expensive by a sizeable amount. Which seems incredible to me. All smiles.
