I had a coffee from this machine at my son’s home, it was so delicious! I was convinced and looked to buy it. I’ve got it (new) at discount price and tried it since yesterday. Everything was smoothly occurred as described in the welcome book (cleaning process, account open/register for guarantee, etc..). The welcome pods were included for tasting. I’d recommend if you are a coffee gourmet. The cons are: noisy and expensive pods. The pros are : exquisite coffee, simple manipulation and sturdy machine.For me, it gives me a pleasure to start the day and I don’t mind about the noise and costly pods.

This is my third Nespresso Machine. The first two (Warranty coverage) were the Next Model which I learned very quickly is a terrible to use machine. Nothing but problems. It was replaced once and when the same issue started again the warranty would replace it again. I was out another coffee machine. The coffee itself is what keeps me as a customer. It’s the best tasting best quality of a single brew machine.This machine has been brilliant. It’s a big bigger on my counter. But it’s quieter. Built better than the Next models and still easy to use with zero issues up to this point. Highly recommend this model or any model other than the Next models.
