These pods sort of work, but ruin your coffee maker due to the amount of grounds that get into the works. Tried the cleaning cycle multiple times but still doesn’t work anymore. Had to buy a new coffee maker ( $200 Canadian) Avoid these pods at all cost and use the foil tops instead. These work like the maker intended. As well $30 Canadian for a couple little pieces of plastic worth 5 cents is ridiculous and a rip off.

So simple, but so worth it! COST SAVER!!
Works great!!! And what a money saver. I had several lbs of coffee grinds left over from the holidays that were given as gifts, left behind from parties, etc. They always end up sitting on a shelf in the pantry unused….but this gadget allows me to make my own Nespresso using coffee grinds I already have. As long as you don’t overfill it, it works great!

The lids don’t stay in place. Hard plastic.
Lids pop out spilling coffee all over. I would recommend the silicone lids

I have used all of these reusable pods Learn from me !
This product is awesome need to put less coffee for better flow until you get the hang of it. Always use expresso grind for flow and maximum taste the more course the less flow thru the coffee. Check the pod after use to see the flow pattern thru the grinds. Foil reuseable pods do work well but if you over fill the pod with coffee you may have to use another foil lid. Metal reusable pods I have not been able to get the right flow thru the grinds, so weak coffee. This product has a spout in the center that seems to help with the flow thru the coffee grinds. The lid fits for a perfect seal plus spout equals better flow, better taste and maximum out of coffee in the pod.

Works great if you can deal with a few coffee grinds from time to time to time!
These work as intended but the amount of coffee you can add is almost as much as a smaller capsule. That means that the drink you make is actually a different one. A regular coffee capsule brews as much as a double expresso and either results in a lighter brew or it can be brewed as a double expresso (by double tap). A double expresso capsule amounts to a single and results more into a Lungo. The Gran Lungo size comes out more like an Americano and I would not use this at all for a single expresso. Also the occasional coffee grinds because you have to use expresso or medium ground coffee to get a decent crema because the fit is not 100 percent perfect but it saves money.

I think these broke our nespresso machine
These sound like a great idea and definitely were at first, but they became so messy and difficult and eventually our Nespresso wonât even work. Iâm worried itâs because of these pods. I wish you didnât need to use the actual pods to use them because I wasnât familiar with the compatibility of the grinds versus the type of pod the machine needed for certain kinds of coffee. Itâs just so confusing at the end of the day Nespresso is just annoying and wasteful and pricey. These helped but I think they need some work.

You won’t regret it
You will save tons of money! Perfect everytime when you learn how. Keep favorite size disposable pods (Razor knife included/safe and easy). Pick your favorite coffee beans. Pulse grind them very fine for at least 45 seconds to a minute. Don’t worry about over grinding. Must be very fine to get nice froth. Lightly pack coffee grids in pod with spoon or measuring cup -depth of lid. Make sure to put lid upside down (yep). Press lid (securely) on grinds level with pod top. Follow directions. Easy! It’s all about the appropriate packing of grinds in the pod & thinness of your grind. Absolutely, NO taste & froth loss. Make sure after opening your bean bag to enclose it in a large ziplock & depress the air to keep beans fresh before next grind. You may grind a whole cup full of beans for next brew, but keep grinded coffee beans in a air tight container. This way you don’t have to grind everytime for individual pods. A cup will generally last a week, depending on how much coffee you drink

Best. Purchase. Ever!!!
After spending hundreds on the Nespresso pods, we were looking to transition to reusable and use some of our own flavored coffee. I researched all products, read a million reviews, and this one oddly stood out AND FOR A GOOD REASON!!!We received the order yesterday and made our first cup of coffee. It was watery and had almost no foam. You might think this is bad and why am I saying this…. After we read the instructions, we made another cup and (with tears streaming down my face) it was perfect!!! If you follow the instructions, it makes an amazing cup just like the pods. You MUST have the right consistency of coffee. Large grounds do NOT work and anyone here that says this product doesn’t work is using course grounds. After you get that going for ya, it makes beautiful foam coffee!!! I rarely rate products on Amazon but this deserved to be rated. It is a must buy!!

This product does not work.
This product did not work with my Nespresso. The cap does not fit the pod. Do not buy. I’d like to return this.
