Great kid for making matcha
I’m not going to add pictures this time b/c the picture here on amazon are exactly what you get.I couldn’t try it out when I got it b/c there was some damage but I contacted amazon and had another one delivered at my door the next morning. Very much appreciated.The packaging is nice, the items are well organized and the materials for the bowl are good quality. The stir is made of thin bamboo and you need to be gentle with it when cleaning and storing but it does have a plastic storage case which protects it.Other than that, you have the bowl, you have the stir, you have the strain and a pouring piece. It’s made of porcelain which holds heat quite well which is important for tea/coffee products. The bowl is wide and it’s easy to stir and strain in it and prepare everything without spilling or making a mess. Very easy to use, very easy to clean.While probably not a typical use case, I also started using it to serve Yerba Mate, it is just really easy to mix ingredients and strain so it can be used for a lot. It’s a nice kit, the box is well organized so it stores easily (and would make a nice gift – it’s editorial on my part but of late, too many things are either woefully underpackaged to save money or are so overpackaged you can’t help but feel that much of the price is for the boxes, this is the perfect balance).If you know any avid matcha drinkers, this will be well received by them for sure.

All of the pieces were intact and seemed of good quality. The whisk works well. I had been using one of the small electric frothing blenders, but when I gave the bamboo whisk a try, I pretty much got it the second try. The sifter is very helpful and must be thoroughly dry. I just leave it on the counter with all of the pieces in the bowl, except, of course, the bamboo whisk and stand.

This would make a perfect gift for anyone who loves matcha and wants to elevate their matcha experience to the next level. My wife has just begun her matcha journey and excited to learn more about the art of making the perfect cup. With this set, she is equipped to make an authentic cup by using the bamboo whisk to froth it up all in a beautiful handmade ceramic bowl. All of the tools included in this set seems to be made from high-quality materials and feels very nice and sturdy in her hands. Also included was a black ceramic matcha whisk holder that she wasnât quite sure what to do with. She did some research online to find out which way to place the whisk onto the holder in the proper position. The holder helps to keep the whiskâs shape and prolong the lifespan of its delicate prongs. (See picture).I still need to get her some good-quality matcha before she can try out the set, and she canât wait! The only thing that she was disappointed in was that there was a little nick on the black ceramic bowl under the spout. I think this is a great deal for everything that is included in this set.

This set contains everything you need to enjoy ceremonial grade matcha (minus the matcha powder which I purchased separately from a local cafe). Itâs an enjoyable experience to use the bamboo whisk with the black ceramic matcha bowl.

I loved the presentation on this, it would make a beautiful gift. I love matcha, but donât love how pricey it can get. This beautiful kit allows you to make your own matcha at home and it has everything you need. Itâs easy to use and fairly easy to clean as well.
