A few other reviews say the clasp doesn’t work, the wood is cheap and splintersI bought it anyway and I LOVE it. It’s a perfect size, adorable, the clasp works just fine and the wood makes it look fashionably old (and it hasn’t given me a splinter!).

I really like this box and that it’s labeled “Tea”. It’s not as sturdy as I imagined. Very lightweight, but wouldn’t call it flimsy. The wood is not smoothly finished and polished as bamboo or something, but it’s not completely unfinished where it would cause splinters. It’s more of a rustic look and feel. Doesn’t bother me that the top isn’t glass…it’s clear and looks nice. I am most disappointed that the measurements aren’t very accurate. My drawer I wanted to place it in is shallow so I was looking for something very specific. The documented overall approx. height is 3.25. However that’s just the box without including the closed lid. The true overall height of this box with the lid closed is 3.5 like most other standard tea boxes I’ve seen.

If your a basic Lipton tea drink, you’ll love this tea storage box. A large box of Lipton tea holds 104 tea packets, in which all 104 (plus the extra packets I had) fit perfectly in the box. I store the box side ways on the cabinet shelf, to save on space. It has a nice latch, so it won’t pop open. It’s a basic box, but it’s sturdy, spacious and perfect for what I needed it for. And it was shipped quickly.

I love this tea box, my husband and I wanted to get it for my mother in law since she quit coffee so that she can sort, try and decide what her favorites are and always have them accessible. Very classy, it’s got that rustic feel for sure and the print on the front it’s absolutely gorgeous. I truly like this box. The clip on the front needs a little pull to close but nothing strenuous or “annoying”. Would recommend

Was pleasantly surprised considering the price of the product. Unlike the picture, our tea box had a dovetail joint for the corners which makes it look even nicer. Light weight wood, feels a bit flimpsy but does the job. Put a light coat of stain on it which made it look better.
