Wish I would’ve taken a pic for you all before I started fixing it🤷‍♀️ unfortunately it came “broken” but I put that in quotes because it doesn’t even look like anyone attempted to put together in the first place. The lid was not together at the corners and has no glue residue or anything to make me think it was ever one piece… Unfortunately this was my main gift for someone and thankfully didn’t see this family member on Christmas so I had extra time to fix. Gorilla glue to the rescue hopefully. Will be asking for a refund considering I couldn’t gift as is and spent more money to get fixed. Also wish the see through piece on top was glass and not plastic.Other than that though it is really cute and lettering on from is even and clasp on front actually works😁

I will say that when the package arrived the box was badly damaged. I contacted the company and they were fast to send a replacement and were very courteous. The 2nd one arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I will say the box is not made with super heavy or hard word. I would not say balsa wood but kind close. It does the job though. It looks nice. Tea bags fit nicely and it looks terrific. Again not the sturdiest of boxes but I don’t plan on throwing it around or anything so I expect many years of enjoying it.
