I absolutely LOVE this product! I purchased 14 personalized cups as employee recognition for my team. The seller was so kind and listened to my personal request to have my departments three initials in the back of the employees name instead of the one single initial. Nothing was too much for them and it made it extra special for my team. This is LEFT HANDED (image should show outward when holding in right hand, but it shows toward the person which makes it a left handed mug. This wasn’t noted in the explanation). nevertheless it is still beautifully done and a great mug! Won’t tip, top fits well, insulates well, cleans easily and the black coating and relief etching is reliable when cleaning.
