Great service and great product
Very PROFFESIONAL and will buy from them again. Every glass looked great! Even though one glass was misspelled, (either my error or theirs) no questions asked and they fixed a glass within 3 days fixed and done. All during the holidays. Very happy and would recommend to anyone. Feel free to comment and ask a question. If I see it, I will respond, the laser engraved glass Is very difficult to scratch off as the one glass that was incorrect, I tried to scrape off and itâs a waste of time to even try. So I kept it and I keep it in the freezer for my own use.

Great, sturdy glass. Etching is awesome.
Product arrived incredibly quick – sooner than they quoted me which is great considering these are custom made. The etching is a fairly light, but visible. The glass came kind of smudged and dirty, but that’s nothing a rinse didn’t fix.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is an edited/updated review. Originally I gave 2 stars. I am adding 2 more for amazing customer service. Apparently after reading other satisfied customer reviews, I see that my order was a bit glitched with the light etching. The seller, “My Personal Memories” happened upon my review and reached out IMMEDIATELY to make things right. They sent me a letter of apology along with a pair of wonderful thermal tumblers (hot/cold) with the etching repeated in silver on black. After working 40 years dedicated to customer service myself, I REALLY appreciated the quick response to my complaint. I would recommend this firm in the future to everyone needing the offerings they produce. Shout out to Jason for his generous and humble approach to righting an issue!!(original review) Got a nice pair of pilsner glasses for husbands birthday. Too bad they were etched to light to see the words when empty. Fill it with your brew & (ta-da!) etching disappears! If they had done a deeper cut or went over it a second time this would have been great. The size and shape of font were great.

Item exactly as described
Could not believe how fast these were shipped out! One of the glasses had a misspelling, but they sent a replacement out immediately with no hassle whatsoever. I think these are fantastic and make for great gifts, and my only *small* complaint is that the glasses don’t seem to be of very high quality or maybe lack a certain thickness; by that I mean it feels like I could apply just the right amount of pressure and break one in my hand (not going to try that, obviously). For now, I’ll assume that’ll never happen, so unless you’re the Incredible Hulk or maybe Robocop, I’d recommend these to anyone.

Itâs tolerable
Not bad for the price. The glass is very sturdy I just wish the writing wouldâve been more indented, looks like it will fade quickly, also when you fill the glass you donât see the writing at all. Thatâs annoying, I wouldâve spend the extra money else where if I knew it wouldâve came this lightly engraved.
