No carafe included, but effective and easy to use
You really need a 4 cup carafe or you will have brewed espresso spewing all over. I got my carafe on Amazon. Also, this machine is very light weight, so you have to get a good, strong grasp while securing the handle (that holds the ground espresso). Still, great starter machine. All I need is basic functions; the steamer is of no use to me because I donât do dairy.

I love it! I’ve saved so much money from my Starbucks addiction
Every morning I take out my latte I made the previous night and the quality is still great! I always make two shots but some days I feel like I should have made 4 lol! (And some days I have made 4 shots…)
It’s so easy to use and clean. Haven’t experienced any leaks, I would just recommend making certain the cap and brew handle is on properly. Also when you release the pressure, make sure the wand is aimed over the catch tray because it is hot!

Small but Effective
Bought a 15 Bar espresso machine that was horrible. This small yet effective Mr Coffee is great.

Excellent coffee!
I bought a used Mr. Coffee and it came in excellent condition. The only thing that was missing was the measuring spoon, but I have one I can use. At 5pm after our postman dropped it off, I made an iced coffee filling the metal basket to 4 scoops. It is delicious!! I bought this machine because my sister had one when I went to visit, and I got used to the strong coffee. Now I just hope I can sleep tonight, lol.
I would definitely recommend this Mr. Coffee expresso maker!

For the price.. itâs not bad
So.. I do iced Americanos from home .. F DnD Thereâs only so many times they can get your order incorrect before you say I can do it myself for cheaper.. prosâSo itâs fast !! makes a pretty decent cup of espresso, Makes a decent amount per run , I know youâre probably not supposed to but you can squeeze about 5 cups per run if you want to.. , It has a small footprint on the counter, CONSâ itâs messy !! The mess is why Iâm getting rid of it. It splatters ALL over the countertop.. because 2.) it doesnât come with a carafe like other similar price pointed ones do.. Now.. I could have purchased a Carafe.. But Iâm just that stubborn being that they are one of the ONLY brands that donât give one. Another Con is , I didnât realize it was slightly burning the espresso until the replacement I got arrived .
I will say itâs a great entry-level espresso makerâ¦ But if Mr. Coffey is going to be competitive at this price point, they have to include the carafe.. I probably wouldâve kept it had it been included?
I like them, Mr. Coffey brand in the military, etc. I always used it. It was always reliable my advice fix this one and then make a 6 cup Espresso machine.. I do iced Coffee, iced espresso And iced Americanoss.. I try to make enough to get me through the work week.. A 6 cup calf and machine would mean that I would only have to do two runs to provide me with for the week.. I hope Mr. Coffey takes this advice because theyâve always been a stapleâ¦

Amazingly disappointing. Used it on day one and it worked great and was excellent espresso. Day two the light comes on but no espresso comes out. Beyond frustrating.

Mr. Coffee espresso maker
Easy to use and clean, the right consistency for an espresso and perfect for those that need just one cup. Would recommend and would but again to get one for the office

The face-palm emoji of coffee makers
This thing is beyond stupid… It’s super fussy to begin with. So many steps to setting up and running it… The water reservoir is tiny. If you want a double espresso and stop frothy milk to go with it, you almost have to load the thing twice. That makes you have to wait for it to cool down before you get to add more water… Just a PITA. Then the espresso is garbage. The quality of the extraction is abysmal….
If all of was wasn’t a problem, there’s the main issue with it. The portafilter is impossible to get in and out. There’s even a warning on the user manual about it. The machine is so light and flimsy. When you try to get the filter in, you have to hold the machine down hard. My wife wasn’t able to and it was only possible for me to get it done because of my big hands. I don’t understand why they had to do it this way, since other products of this brand offer easier to manage filters.
Overall quality and performance is a joke. It’s cheap and it shows… Worst design in the market…
The milk frother thing is the only redemption, but with the trash espresso… It’s hard to justify keeping this nonsense…
