Internals of the pitcher were in some sort of graphite/metal residue. This substance made marks like graphite pencil on my hands after 1 cycle in washing machine. Overall it still survive 2 washing machine cycles, 1 thorough wash with kitchen sponge and detergent and than – metal wool scrub. And you still see gray on a paper towel. How I supposed to clean it? Freakin sandblast it? Or use acid?

Ottimo prodotto. Ben fatto e rifinito. Il latte monta davvero bene e si risciacqua facilmente. Ho scelto questo con lo strato antiaderente per evitare quelli lucidi inox che col tempo si riempiono di impronte e macchie indelebilmente. Misura giusta x un solo cappuccino. Beccuccio adatto a cimentarsi nel latte-art. Prezzo non bassissimo ma vale la pena. Ciao

j’ai dÃ©jÃ achetÃ© pas mal de pichet Ã lait mais celui-ci est vraiment d’une qualitÃ© supÃ©rieure, la marque Ã©tant elle-mÃªme trÃ¨s rÃ©putÃ©e dans le domaine du cafÃ©……il est juste plus petit que ce que je pensais….mais je compte commander le 75 cl mais je garde le 50 quand mÃªme parce qu’il est vraiment top. Du matÃ©riel de qualitÃ© conÃ§u pour durer!!

Perfect for me
This was worth the extra cost – the feel of the heavier steel as well as the shine give both a sense of quality and durability. I also like the spout – it keeps most of the micro foam in the pitcher (for those of us that prefer less foam – and can add more from the side if needed). My other pitcher had a wide spout and I could never hold back the micro foam without a large spoon. Anyways, I have had this for about 2 months now and can see using it for years to come. Oh, enough to make about 2 small lattes.

Get the uncoated ones.
Great pitcher overall. Easy to use, solid heavy build, the only problem if the exterior coating/paint. After about a few months of daily use the black coating starts to peel off like vinyl paint. Iâm going to have to start actively removing the paint around the mouth to make sure it doesnât get into the milk that is being steamed. Note to self and others: the black looks nice at first but the uncoated ones may be better for the long haul. Especially considering the cost of one pitcher.

Very well built
This was my first experience with Motta products after reading some good reviews on several coffee blogs. I was immediately impressed with the build quality and minimalist look of this steaming pitcher.After giving it a try, I was impressed with its pour but noted that it’s ONLY suited for larger servings (16oz and up). Any less, and it’s difficult to circulate the milk and fully combine the microfoam. That being said, I am still beyond impressed with this product and have since ordered a smaller size for single-serving drinks.

Nice Aesthetics and Build Quality. Handle Crevice Invites Dirt and Residue
There’s a crevice where the handle meets the main body that easily accumulates dust, debris, moisture, etc. Very overpriced for what it is, but decent enough build quality and excellent aesthetics.

Wonderful Quality – Makes great smooth microfroth
I am extremely impressed with this pitcher. I don’t regret paying the extra bucks for this one at all. It is extremely heavy duty steel. I thought my last one was impressively thick and this one makes that one look thin and cheap. The spout is great, and I love the form of the base that makes it easy to gauge how much milk you are putting in. This is also extremely helpful for figuring out how much froth you have made and when it’s time to start mixing it back in if making a latte.It is extremely easy to create the vortex. I just tilt the pitcher at a slight angle with the frothing wand at the edge and bam…vortex. The 25 oz version is easy to clean, and I have very large hands. I originally wasn’t crazy about the hard angled handle and how it visually contrasts the smooth lines of the pitcher body, but it is perfect for holding it steady while trying to pour latte art. My latte art is still sad, but it is unquestionably my fault and not the pitchers.I would buy definitely buy this one again.
