Perfect for Keurig Coffee Machines: No Spillage!
This review is for people who need the perfect-sized mug for a Keurig coffee machine with a messy pour.
This mug is the one. At 5.9 inches, and with a width that encompasses the Keurig’s spray, the Mona Ceramics large tea mug handles 12 ounces of coffee at the strong setting with a quarter cup of oat milk (or whatever it is you use). And there will be absolutely no spillage to clean up after (see photos).
Yes, I know this is a tea mug, and I myself drink tea. But loose-leaf tea herded into a paper filter isn’t nearly as fussy as a K-Cup machine.
And BTW: the Mona mug topped with its lid still fits perfectly under the K-Cup Express, in case you wish to leave your coffee there to cool.
I hesitated before buying this mug because of all the bad reviews of other models that I suspect are as excellent as this one.
Nearly all such reviewers complain about the lid without seeming to understand its function. The point is not to keep liquid from spilling, since these aren’t travel mugs. Pottery-style ceramic mugs would break in that usage-case scenario.
The point of the lid is to protect the liquid inside: tea while it’s brewing or, in my case, *coffee while it’s cooling in the midst of a heat wave*, when throat-searing beverages aren’t as appealing as they might be on days when it’s so cold your postal worker’s eyelashes fuse with your mailbox lid.
In my home, I’m not worried about coffee or tea leaking out if I’m hapless enough to capsize my cup. I’m worried about dust, flies, wayward bees, paint and other unwelcome guests landing in said cup while the contents are chilling or brewing.
I do wish this mug came in a powder blue that complemented my decor, but a small business can’t go wild with color schemes. Clearly, only four colors were feasible and light gray isn’t bad in this case.
But after spending hours on Amazon researching the right measurements and materials for a flavor-preserving but tidy K-cup mug, this one proved to be the most aesthetically beautiful, made of the best materials, and capable of spanning the height and depth of my K-Express’s mug niche.
BTW: I’ve received broken ceramic cups from Amazon in the past. Mona Ceramics mugs don’t have that problem. They come in their own boxes with perfectly measured inserts of foam that prevent the contents from moving a centimeter. I was a studio keyboardist for 30 years and the gray cutouts remind me a lot of how Dave Smith used to package his timeless instruments.
Clearly, Mona Ceramics is a class act in every way. I’ll be ordering from this company again.

Beautiful Mug — Fits the LoveSac Drink Holder perfectly!
i was searching for a new coffee mug that I could seat in the LoveSac drink holder as the handle is too low in all of the ones I already have (and most of the coffee mugs out there). This one caught my eye, even though it’s advertised for tea drinkers.
I’m glad I took the chance, as it’s absolutely beautiful. Sturdy, well made and works with LoveSac’s drink holders perfectly.
The tea infuser that came with it will fit on just about any mug you own, which is an added bonus. There’s a lid too, although I probably won’t use it — only because I’d be knocking it off every time I absent-mindedly reached for my drink without taking my eyes away from my computer. But it’s also beautiful and fits the mug like a dream.
I purchased the black “Nightwaves” color, which is a muted matte black (almost grey) and just gorgeous. This is now the nicest mug in my cupboard and I hope to be singing its praises for years to come.

Great tea mug
The quality of this mug is great, and is dishwasher safe. The infuser fits perfectly and can be removed and the lid helps with keeping tea hot. The earthy colors look great as well.

This coffee mug is just the perfect size, shape, weight and with accessories! Comes with a cover to keep hot drinks hot, with the infuser its perfect for tea bags or loose tea. I really like the texture of it, large handle and the size was perfect for large mugs if coffee or tea. Very well made and shipped in a box with wrapping for protection. Dishwasher safe. Tengo un par de yetis, termos para cafe personalizados, tazas de mi equipo favorito de futbol, pero esta se ha convertido en mi taza preferida. La verdad, el diseño y colores sencillos, le dan ese toque de estilo perfecto para quienes gustan de tomarse fotos tomando un cafe o te o lo que sea. Fuera de eso, cumple su funcion. Que esperaban? Es una taza! Le cabe lo suficiente, se mantiene caliente lo suficiente para terminar su contenido. Digo, no esperes que se mantenga caliente por una hora porque no lo hace.
Iba a comprar el juego de esta misma marca que trae 5 tazas mas pequeñas pero mi esposa me regaño pues solo yo y mi hijo tomamos cafe y pues él ya tiene su termo de star wars.
Se ve excelente en la estacion de cafe, le da un toque rústico.
Tal cual se ve en la imagen es lo que recibes. La caja donde viene, esta tambien muy padre. Definitivamente la recomiendo!
