Schlechte ProduktqualitÃ¤t, schlechtes Produktdesignâ¦ hÃ¤tte ich bei einem GerÃ¤t fÃ¼r 30, 40 Euro erwartet und deswegen extra nicht das billigste gewÃ¤hlt. Preis/Leistung definitiv nicht ok: Konus passt nicht in das Mahlwerk, hat sich nach dem GieÃen verzogen (zu schnell ausgekÃ¼hlt?), erhebliche FunktionseinschrÃ¤nkung, KorngrÃ¶Ãe nicht regelbar. Bohrung viel weiter als Durchmesser der FÃ¶rderschnecke: KÃ¶rner < 4mm bleiben liegen! Extrem ineffizientâ¦ FÃ¶rderschnecke hat am Ende eine Stelle, in der zwingend GetreidekÃ¶rner (bei mir: Rollgerste) steckenbleiben mÃ¼ssen - nichts geht mehr. Fetthaltige Samen (bei mir: HaselnÃ¼sse): Mahlwerk verklebt, nichts geht mehr (genau deshalb wollte ich ein Stahlmahlwerkâ¦). ZurÃ¼ckgeschickt.

Excelente producto… Puede moler especias (distintos tamaÃ±os y durezas) cafÃ© e incluso maÃz nixtamalizado… La copa adicional (Hopper) para retener los productos que empezarÃ¡s a moler no es de gran ayuda, ya que la abertura dÃ³nde se introduce el producto a moler, es angosto, lo cual genera que se relentice el proceso, pero para que no suceda, se necesita quitar el Hopper e ir empujando el producto para que logrÃ© caer directo y fÃ¡cil en Ã©l…. En definitiva una gran compra

Excellent customer service; good mill.
The customer service for this product is very good. I learned over email that the mill would arrive within a week despite the much longer lead time posted on the website, and it did. My mill can grind nixtamalized corn finely enough after one pass for use in making tortillas.

Ich benutze die MÃ¼hle zum Mahlen von PfefferkÃ¶rner, was si aehr gut macht. Geht etwas schwer zu drehen, aber manuell ist immer besser als elektrisch.

Purtroppo il materiale da macinare non viene inghiottito ma occorre premere con le dita fra i denti della trivella. Inoltre sembra probabile che negli alimenti macinati si aggiungano tracce di metallo prodotte dallo sfregamento

Whole grain nutrients for bread and cereal
When we lived in the Western U.S. where grain is a chief crop, we ground our own wheat for family consumption. Now that we are in the less wheat intensive Midwest, we are attempting to replicate some of our previous experiences. Recently we purchased a 50# bag of Montana raw wheat from an Amish market. My bread machine will manage a loaf of 2 1/2 cups bread flour to 1 1/2 cup ground wheat if we run the wheat pellets through the grinder four times. We are a retired couple with time for experimenting with bread making, and this grinder is part of our great project.
