Milling Coarseness Adjustable – You can control the coarseness by adjust the Stainless Steel Nut and the Spring design of hand grinder’s tail. You can get a relatively fine result through multiple grinding. (Do not tighten the nut too much, otherwise the handle will be hard to turn.)
Wide Application – Suitable for Various Grains/Spices, such as grinding millet, coffee, rice, chili, soybean, pepper. * Besides, For grinding corn, you need use tools to crush the whole corn first and then try to grind it because it has difficulty in grinding whole corn due to its higher hardness.
Solid Polished Stainless Steel – The manual seeds grinder is made of 304# Stainless Steel which is more durable than 201#, with solid wood handle. Use Detachable Design for easy Cleaning, can be washed directly with water.
Hand Crank & Table Clamp Design – Our hand grinder is designed into hand cranking operation, simple and convenient to fix to the desktop. Manual grinding can preserve the nutrition of food and reduce waste. Compared with electric, the manual grinding process is more fun.
Important Notes – 1.The grinding effect of manual grain grinder can only reach a mixture of fine particles and flour. If you need the fine flour for bread, please kindly purchase Moongiantgo Electric Grain Mill. 2.When you first opened it, the handle was backwards for better packaging before shipping and you need switch it around then try to grind materials. 3. For safety, please hold the spring part when installing/removing the handle, in order to avoid it popping out.

Useful grain mill
It grinds everything! My wife likes to make homemade bread with whole grains.

Whole grain nutrients for bread and cereal
When we lived in the Western U.S. where grain is a chief crop, we ground our own wheat for family consumption. Now that we are in the less wheat intensive Midwest, we are attempting to replicate some of our previous experiences. Recently we purchased a 50# bag of Montana raw wheat from an Amish market. My bread machine will manage a loaf of 2 1/2 cups bread flour to 1 1/2 cup ground wheat if we run the wheat pellets through the grinder four times. We are a retired couple with time for experimenting with bread making, and this grinder is part of our great project.

Prepare to sweat
This will work if you are off grid and end up without electricity; it’s better than a mortar and pestle. If doing it again I would probably spend more money up front and get one that has a larger grinder apparatus. With this grinder you must grind the grain multiple times and still it is a heavy granular flour.

Does not work
The grinder will not turn. We have taken the whole thing apart and put back together since it is a simple mechanical design but I can not get it to turn, grind, or anything. It simply does not work. It is like it is stuck or something is the wrong size internally. I tried with all my body weight and it won’t budge and my husband who is twice my size couldn’t get it to grind anything and said if he tried to turn any harder he would brake it not that it would have mattered because it is useless.

BE CAREFUL! Not ready to use, poor finish quality
6-4-02Let me say, I have not given up on the product just yet. However the photo shows the metal just from washing out the mill. Please notice in the photo one 2mm stainless steel shaving, that literally cut my thumb when washing and I don’t have girly hands. The auger is the culprit, the machine work is dismal and left many sharp edges on the auger thread, so be prepared to use a file or sanding the edges to prevent cuts to your hands. How does the manufacturer let product like this into the market? when we literally eat the product it produces. The rotating grinder portion (not the stationary portion) is improperly machined to fit the auger as well, and the run out (wobble for those not familiar with the term), is atrocious. More filing will have to be done to achieve a consistent matching surfaces which therefore will provide a MORE consistent grind on the product. Not only that but well matched grinding surfaces makes the mill easier to operate (less effort). Right now I could give up my gym membership with the work out this mill is giving me.I wanted to mention the body casting is not level. When it sits on my counter top it has a bit of a ‘lean’. Again, poor quality. However this does not affect the operation of the mill, but it does require me to ‘shim one of the feet.I will post more information as I work through the problems. Maybe the company will respond.PS… what is called a gasket on the product illustration is actually a bearing race, there are two of them.6-24-02I gave up trying many different things to make it work ‘properly’. Returned it today. Folks, I don’t usually condemn a product I don’t like, but this mill is a piece of ….

Excellent customer service; good mill.
The customer service for this product is very good. I learned over email that the mill would arrive within a week despite the much longer lead time posted on the website, and it did. My mill can grind nixtamalized corn finely enough after one pass for use in making tortillas.
