la verdad es que me dejÃ³ una muy buena impresiÃ³n. Desde que la saquÃ© de la caja, notÃ© la calidad de los materiales. El vidrio borosilicato es resistente y se ve elegante, mientras que el filtro de acero inoxidable es sÃºper prÃ¡ctico y ecolÃ³gico, ya que no necesitas usar filtros de papel.La capacidad es ideal: puedo preparar suficiente cafÃ© para compartir con otros o disfrutar varias tazas yo solo sin necesidad de estar haciendo mÃ¡s. AdemÃ¡s, me gusta mucho que el filtro ayuda a resaltar el sabor del cafÃ©, dejando un cuerpo rico y sin residuos molestos.Otra cosa que me encantÃ³ es lo fÃ¡cil que es de usar y limpiar. Todo se desmonta sin problema, y en pocos minutos la tengo lista para el siguiente uso.En general, estoy muy satisfecho con esta compra. Is it circular, or octagonal? WHY, YES, IT IS! Both.
If you have a coffee pot that’s always visible in the kitchen, wouldn’t you rather it look gorgeous as a little caffeination installation of happiness and jitteriness-inducement? Surely you would. And you can do a lot worse than this one: that little wooden sleeve in the middle of the all-glass coffee enclosure is a heat-resistant hand protection for burning hot liquid just millimeters away from the glass surface, so you don’t burn yourself when you pour it up.Is that what the little protruding lip running up the side with the ball holding the leather strap is for? Why, yes it is! Pouring out of it is rather easy.How about the metal reuse-forever mesh filter that it ships with – won’t that get finger-burning hot, too? Yes, it does, and yep, they covered that angle too – it has a little silicone finger protector that works okay. It sadly doesn’t have any means of staying bonded to the filter, so I could easily see it getting lost, or eaten up / bitten to dysfunction by a pet or baby, so some points off for not doing as perfect of a job as with kind of every other aspect of this little piece of practical fragrant art (your beverage inside it, not the glass beaker itself).So, about the shape: the top half is a cone (plus that extending side channel for pouring), the lower half extends to an octagon, and then rounds off to a flat base so it stands securely on any flat surface. On the side, they printed their wordmark Mongdi, a Â®, and between them, a little icon I can’t describe better than a friendly-looking labia majora. They probably had something other in mind, though – mayhaps it’s a coffee bean. Yeah; let’s pretend it’s DEFINITELY a coffee bean. Underneath it, they have volume marks for 1000ml, and every step of 100 down to 300ml. No imperial units anywhere â my European heart is truly delighted.Will all the people flock to your yard because you bought this shiny coffee beaker? Maybe, maybe not. You hopefully will get your money’s worth out of just enjoying it by yourself, if not.

Works Well
I got this because there are times when I need to make multiple cups of pour over at the same time. My daily pour over maker is limited to about one 14 oz. cup. This one will easily do 3 times that much. It’s well made and easy to use. The metal filter works, but be gentle with it since it’s quite thin and bendy. Aside from the “bendy” filter, the nice looking 2 piece bamboo holder at the neck is held in place by a leather and wood be thong. It’s relatively easy to take off when washing. But, having to tie and untie a knot after each washing is a bit of a hassle. I’m thinking a velcro closure may be more practical.

Makes a great cup of coffee, beautiful, re-usable filter
I’ve been looking at other brands with the iconic (similar) design for some time but haven’t yet pulled the trigger. What I love about this: makes a larger volume of coffee than the Hario V-series pourovers (1-2 cups) while still retaining the same quality of brew as the pour-over. The reusable filter is nice, since there is no buying paper filters and it is still relatively easy to clean. You can control the beans, grind, and the pour technique, which is a great relaxing hobby for me. I like the design details, and I think it’s overall a highly functional, beautiful piece of coffee gear. My teenage daughter said “Cool Dad, that’s SOOO Aesthetic”, which is rare praise from her, so I’ll take it where I can get it.If you have someone in your life that loves coffee, it’s an amazing gift, and a great device if you are looking to brew 2-4 cups of coffee. Love it!

Nice addition to the kitchen
I used to own a Chemex pitcher, but the glass handle broke off. This one is a very nice replacement. It’s a good size. The grey glass looks stylish, and there’s no glass handle to break off. It’s convenient to not have to buy disposable paper filters, although they’re always an option. I’m not very particular about my coffee so can’t really comment on the taste of coffee using the metal filter vs paper filters. Very happy with this pitcher overall.

Great quality
This is a great quality pour over coffee maker. It is easy to use and makes a delicious tasting cup of coffee. I boil water in my kettle and then pour over the coffee in the reusable, stainless steel filter. The coffee pours out of the carafe smoothly. The wooden handle keeps your hands from getting burnt. I really love the design of this coffee maker. It’s simple and efficient. It’s pretty easy to clean. I use my sponge wand and it’s quick to clean.
