I really like this kit, but it is NOT a 10 min. manicure UNLESS you have your own, full size LED
These are truly “extra short” (aka what I’d actually see as a normal short french nail).They are not the medium length shown in the pictures. THAT MAKES ME HAPPY!! I can work and type with these on!Although they say “brown”, they are actually a natural nude tone that works with my pale skin. Another win!This set comes with tips that have the traditional white tip as well as tips of other colors, for a bit of variety. And these look great! They have an appropriate thin-ness at the base, and are also not too thick at the tip end. Yay!3 Polish bottles:This kit comes with (1) quality, LED-cured nail glue (in a polish-type bottle with a brush). You also get (2) a full sized bottle of builder gel and (3) a bottle of top coat…which I also like. Yet here is where the 10 minute manicure goes out the window, as each coat of glue, builder gel, and top coat needs to be cured: The kit comes with an LED light that fits ONE FINGER at a time. That means 1-2 minutes of curing each of 3-4 coats to cure… times 10 nails. If you don’t have your own full sized/full hand LED /UV light, and instead, have to use the included 1-finger light, you are looking at a solid hour-plus to complete your french manicure, NOT 10 MINUTES. However, you could do it in 10 minutes with a full size light! (Use the 1-finger light for repairs or for flash setting cat-eye and chrome effects! And, speaking of chrome effects, those look really nice over french tips).If you are new to LED cured polishes and want to see if you like them before buying a fill sized light, or are traveling with minimal space, you CAN do your manicure using only what is in this kit. You get nail files and all! But if you want to do a manicure quickly, you will need a full sized LED lamp.

This nail kit was so easy to use. I was able to do my nails and have them look so good without the dress of monomer and acrylic powder. The gel lamp works so good. I like the quality of the nails also. They were the perfect length.

Seems to be Quality Products but Inaccurate Description
First it says short Brown nails. The photo shows pink but there’s been many times when color has been off or they haven’t used accurate photos. Not in this case! Their perspective of “brown” is pink. Not even nude but pink.Second, in one of the photos it shows “Glitter Top”! Which since its only on one bottle and theres no emphasis on the picture of the bottle itself I believe was meant to lead you to think it’s a glitter top coat. No, they just meant it’s a glitter bottle and the tops of the bottles have glitter.You do get plenty of nails and you do get full sized bottles of a nail glue, builder and top coat so those are all positives. It comes with a mini uv lamp but unless you’re just fixing a nail you’re stuck to doing one nail at a time. It’s a decent set and it’s currently $23.99 with the 20% discount applied so not a bad deal. I didn’t get the buffer in my box though so make sure you receive all of your included pieces.

Comprehensive starter nail kit
Love, love, LOVE these modelones kits! They always have the most comprehensive nail starter-kits with UV lamps and everything! Granted, the UV lamp is a single-finger lamp but it’s still effective and cures each step of the application process. The nails WILL need top coat, but it’s included!

Pretty simple even for beginners
So I’ve been doing my own nails for a bunch of years and I think these are pretty great if you want the salon look without the salon price. I’ve tried gel glue before and I was not impressed, so I was skeptical about this product, but so far, I’m impressed with the hold on this particular glue. The ones I have used in the past are still very soft even after tons of time under the light but this stuff feels more like when you have acrylic nails put on. It firms up and feels secure. I’ve not ventured into builder gel at all really, so that was new for me, but it’s pretty easy. Just put it on like polish and try to get a fairly even coat. It seems to be self leveling to an extent, so it’s pretty hard to mess it up. After putting it under the light, you can move on to top coat. I will say that if you don’t get all the builder gel covered, your nails will feel a bit sticky. You can just use rubbing alcohol to take off the sticky, or put another round of top coat over the areas you missed and go under the light again. The light is a little annoying because you can only do one finger at a time and it doesn’t turn on automatically. For a beginner, one finger at a time is probably best, but if you have experience, you may want to use a full light setup. One of the product photos shows an image that refers to battery life, but the light only works when plugged in, so that was inaccurate. Overall, I like the way they look and we will see how they hold up to my demanding and physical career.

Nice set
This is a nice set. It comes with nails, a nail file, a cuticle stick, a teeny UV lamp, some glue, builder gel, and top coat.Observations:- There was a notable chemical smell. It did not go away.- The UV lamp is only big enough to process 1 nail at a time. There is no way a complete application (10 nails) can be done in in 20 minutes using the tools provided as the product description describes.- The nails are plentiful, thick, and lovely.- Because the nails are thick, they are somewhat unyielding. Therefore, folks with flatter nail beds (like me) may struggle to stick these on. They do not bend/flatten well and the arch is a bit high for me.- The glue appears to be fairly sturdy/effective. So far so good.- Product arrived looking great with no leaking.

Everything you need to do gel extensions at home. This set even comes with a uv light to do easy application for each finger. I would still recommend finising off your nails in a big lamp for full curing.

Great kit for price
Perfect beginners or apprentice kit. I’m not a professional nail artist so I love kids like this that have everything included. Easy to use & follow directions. I light the single finger light, but I have a full hand light so I use that instead.
