Nice Little Coffee Maker
I’m very pleased with this one-cup coffee maker. It’s quiet and efficient and makes a good cup of coffee. The matching travel mug that comes with it is convenient, with a simple sliding aperture in the lid, and keeps your coffee hot for a long time. (I also like that the mug has two metal sections and one wide plastic one, so if you want to warm your hands on it while drinking your coffee you can, or you can choose to just hold it on the plastic insulated band!) The unit cleans up easily, is very light weight and compact, and we will definitely be taking it in our RV on our next trip since it takes up so little space on the counter. A very good deal for the price!

Compact and quick- Great little coffee maker!
We bought this to replace our full sized coffee maker in our camp trailer because I just didnât want to sacrifice so much valuable counter space. I purchased red to match the decor and it is a nice muted red, not lipstick red. Perfect!! I have only made five âtest potsâ to ensure it worked well and so far, I am impressed (donât stress, they were not wasted) I had a few concerns so I would like to specifically address them because I figure you may be thinking the same thing I was:*Will it make a mess if I just put in grounds with no filter? Nope! Not at all. No sludge in my cup (fine fresh ground straight from my grinder) and no spill over the basket. You may have to play around with measurements to make it the strength you like. I also made a pot with the little single serve pouches and that worked fine as well (easier to clean) but it was too weak for me.*Will it be difficult to clean? Nope! Easy-Peasy! If you are not using a filter (it comes with a permanent filter basket) just take out the basket, tap it into the compost can and give it a quick rinse. I will advise to be careful as the grounds are very hot right after you brew (as expected).*Will it brew hot enough? Yep! You betcha! Takes a few minutes to cool off before you can drink it. If you are too eager, add some cream or risk a lip scalding.*Will it take foooorrreeeevvvveeerrr to brew the first cup in the morning? Nope! Mind you, this only brews about 15 ounces but the coffee was done in just over 2 minutes. My home coffee maker is and always has been a Bunn, so I am quite spoiled by a quick pot but this is fast enough to get the first cup on board. Additionally, I brewed 3 pots in quick succession and the last pot was quicker than the first by about 15 seconds.The coffee maker comes with a thermal âto goâ mug but you can also brew right into a regular larger coffee cup.This was very inexpensive, arrived well packaged (with directions, just in case) and makes a good cup of coffee. This is exactly what we needed for the small space.

Works Great! Portable. Tastes like plastic for a week
Love it, but, it took a week of use to get rid of the coffee tasting like plastic. Still a very good product. Now after 2 weeks of use, zero plastic taste and an excellent coffee maker for the price.

Great product
Makes a great cup of coffee as well as tea. So easy to use. Small size is perfect for a small kitchen. I knew my favorite cup wouldnât fit but I can adapt. Overall, I am so happy I can get a cup of coffee again.

For the price you can’t go wrong
An excellent little single serve coffee maker. Yes, it IS made of light weight plastic but for its size that makes sense. It is so much more convenient than our previous two Hamilton Beach single cup coffee makers. Don’t get me wrong. The HB coffee maker was well built and served us well for many years. It’s just that the Mixpresso coffee ground strainer/filter is so much easier to clean. The HB had a double filter system (an upper that sat in a lower one) Both had to be cleaned. Though only one filter you get minimal sediment. And the coffee is hotter than that of the HB. After adding milk to that I had to nuke it for 10 seconds so it would be hot again. Not with the Mixpresso. Even though the Mixpresso plastic mug isn’t heavy duty, it DOES keep the coffee hot longer than in a regular cup too. I’ll admit that drinking from a plastic mug isn’t quite like drinking from a good ceramic mug. But, if you prefer that, there’s no reason why you can’t skip the plastic mug and brew right into your favorite vessel. If I can get three years out of this, it will have been well worth it. My only concern with the Mixpresso is if the coffee basket were to overflow. There is no well to catch overflow. And yet, I have not had a problem with it.

It’s perfect exactly what I exspected small very pretty works great it’s exactly as subscribed on website. If your looking for asmall one-up coffee pot that’s quick&easy this is the perfect coffee pot to get.

Did Not Meet My Expectations
I wanted something more convenient that my pour-over. This fit perfectly on the counter of my tiny home! I set it up, and ran 5 cycles of water to flush out any manufacturing debris. (As one should with any new appliance) The next morning I was excited to try my new coffee maker. The first cup had an off flavour. I threw it out and made another. Same taste. I was disappointed. I threw that cup out and made a pour-over. Much less convenient… The coffee maker puts out about 70 degree coffee. I prefer my coffee to be about 85. I gave it a three star because it could be right for you. Small footprint, price and convenience this coffee maker is great! If you like a blazing hot cup of coffee you might want to explore other options.

Small. Fast
I use it every day. It makes a large cup of coffee. In fact, you can make any size cup of coffee. It doesnât take up much space on the counter. It makes a cup of coffee in two minutes. I do have a tray underneath it because if I remove my cup too soon it continues dripping. It is a flimsy plastic. Iâve had it for six months and have not had any issues at all. The price was certainly cheap enough. I will definitely get another one when this one wears out.
