Perfect small size unit to store under cabinet
I bought this for my second cup of coffee in the morning. I start my day using my super automatic espresso machine so i can get my caffeine fix but as for a second cup, it is decaf for my second cup. My espresso machine has the caffeine beans already inside so i had been grinding the decaf beans for my second cup of coffee with using a coffee press. Its alot of work to grind the beans, slowly pour water in coffee press, put timer on for 4 minutes. I thought it would be nice to have a one cup coffee machine that grinds the beans and that is small enough to put in under kitchen cabinets. This fits the bill for all the above needs. I love that its not too big and fits under and inside my cabinets. I must say the coffee from this small machine comes out perfect. I measure the water to the 12oz marking inside this unit. Then i scoop 6 scoops of coffee beans into unit. The scoop that comes with this machine is like a teaspoon and ideally you use 2 tbsp per 6 oz of water for strong coffee. I use a medium roast coffee like Allegra organic early bird and i must say the coffee comes out perfect. I just hope this unit keeps working for along time. I will be updating later on that.Update: still works great. The directions are not so good. You must fill the water to only the markings inside and do not overfill. Its good idea to measure the beans so not to overfill bean grinder holder. Rule of thumb is for every 6oz of water to use 1 -2 tbsp of beans. I go with 2tbsp of beans because i prefer strong coffee. Once beans and water done, plug unit in, if already plugged in, its VERY important you hit the bean button ONCE and wait for machine to grind and brew. In directions it states to never hit bean button with NO beans in bean grinder or machine will malfunction. After machine grinds and brews, the lights will stop flashing and coffee is ready. If you wait longer the machine automatically turns off.

Simple and easy to use
We’ve been using another brand of grind and brew single coffee maker for years. There’s nothing like a cup of freshly grinded coffee. The other brand was always breaking and after buying replacement parts and a whole other machine, we finally decided to try a different machine altogether. Been using the Mixpresso for a couple of days.First impressionPros: simple and easy to use. The grinder is part of the filter, so no transfer of grounds, that’s nice. Easy to remove and clean the filter. It grinds quietly so I don’t have to worry about waking up the family early in the morning.Cons: it brews only about 16oz. My 20oz mug fits but the water reservoir won’t hold 20oz of water. The lid has to be clipped on the front for it to start and the clip looks a little delicate and that it might break soon.Overall, at the price of this machine, as long as it lasts for a year, I will probably be satisfied. I’ll come back and update my review if anyone happens but at this time I like it and it deserves 5 starsAfter five months of use. Grinder stopped working. Not worth it. 1 star

Great machine.
This is my second time purchasing this coffee machine. The first one stopped working only because I had dropped it so hard on the floor and cracked the back of it. Otherwise, I think it wouldâve kept on going! This machine makes freshly ground coffee every time. The grinder is a little loud in the morning, but the results are worth it! On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best & great performance, I definitely give this a 10!

Noisy coffee bean grinding motor
I love the 2-in-1 grind and brew a single cup of coffee feature but the motor used for grinding the coffee beans could be a lot quieter. The motor sounds like it either has dry bearings or the motor itself is about to bind up which is bad for a brand new unit.The brew process is equivalent to a regular drip brew coffee maker and takes around 4 to 5 minutes if you want to wait for the slow drips to finish.The unit itself has a very small countertop footprint measuring around 6 inches wide by 11 inches tall.The coffee bean reservoir comes in two pieces and to clean them I smack the coffee grounds basket in the trashcan and rinse whatever’s left in the sinkOverall I gave it four stars which could have easily been five if it weren’t for the noisy motor

Worked great for 2.5 years and then started leaking
Love the coffee maker, makes great coffee; worked great for about 2.5 years and then started leaking. No amount of cleaning with vinegar/water brew would work. Would have like to see it last longer.

Good quality and cleans easy. Perfect size does not take up lot of countertop space. Durable perfect water capacity. Coffee tasted good! Love it!

Makes good tasting coffee
I really liked this itâs easy to use and I was loving grinding my own coffee beans. Only had it for about a month and only using it once a day it just died. I tried other outlets of course that work but it no luck. The lights donât come on and it just dead. I contacted the seller to explain They wanted the order number so I sent it to them but havenât heard back since. Over a week. Very Disappointed
