Item arrived broken – TWICE!
The organizer arrived in a cardboard box without any padding and a whole side panel had split completely off. I submitted a return request to exchange it and the new one arrived today. Same type of box, same lack of padding, same issue with a broken panel. What a bummer. But, it was helpful to know that the cup organizer isn’t super sturdy, so it wouldn’t be best for our needs. I won’t be re-ordering and will look into purchasing something less fragile.

Worked great I use it to dispense
Worked great I use it to dispense round chocolate cans from Trader Joes. I replaced chocolate with nuts. So it’s a snack bar for me. Hight quality, spins at ease.

was supposed to hold 16oz cups ,
cup holder will not hold 16oz cups , without bending cups, lids will not fit , I will keep it for smaller cups and see how the fit, AM NOT HAPPY with this product , way too expensive for what it is

Arrived damaged but spins great!
I was really excited to purchase this bamboo spinning cup holder for my coffee station but was disappointed when it arrived damaged. Two of the four panels holding cups in are cracked. Itâs fixable but wasnât what I wanted to see straight out of the box. The box itself shows no damages so Iâm not sure when in transit or packing it broke.Otherwise it spins well and holds the bigger 16oz cold cups just fine! Looking forward to filling it with cold and hot cups and lids and having more ease when making drinks to go or when having guests over.

Slots are not the same size
I purchased this for my small coffee shop to hold my 12oz paper coffee cups. There is one slot that fits the cups perfectly. The others are all smaller and different sizes. My lids do not fit at all. When you spin it, it wobbles. Very poorly build. Beyond disappointed in this item.

Nice but one side came cracked, but fixable
I like these but one of the sides came cracked. I can probably regular it.

Works for what I need it to do. Not all brands of lids fit. Chinet brand lids need to be placed in holder sideways. But again works for me.
