What I like:1. Made of bamboo. Matches the other bamboo organizers in my kitchen drawers. Super sturdy.2. Holds cups at an angle with the cup label facing you.3. Easy to load.What I didn’t like:1. A bit pricey.2. The laser etching on the front was not uniformly colored in the product I ordered, like it is in the pictures on Amazon.3. I had to sacrifice a kitchen drawer. However, in most kitchens putting one of those black drawers under the coffee maker makes it too tall, and the black wire drawers look cheap.

The bamboo organizer broke as I was taking it out of the package. The wood seems to only be attached by glue that was easily broken. The structure was easily broken. I never write Amazon reviews but this was easily the worst product I have received from Amazon
