Works GREAT and Blends well!
I donât get paid to review products nor do I get free products. I just received this yesterday. It came with a charged battery, and I used it this morning. The charge held through the night and I have not had a charge the product yet. It does come with the cord, but you have to have your own square to plug-in. Itâs easy to assemble and easy to clean and it seems to be built well. Iâm excited that I purchase and I look forward to using. It will save me time with cleaning and encourage me to drink more protein shakes. I will update if the product breaks but so far I do really like it. I would recommend purchasing as I did purchase with my own money as well.

So much better than my old frother!
This is SO much better than my previous drink mixer / milk frother I got a couple years ago. It feels super strong and I love that it has 3 settings and is rechargeable.I make coffee every morning and will use this to make cold foamed milk or froth hot milk. I also find myself using this to mix pre workout before the gym, creatine in some water after the gym, and even when I take my daily vitamin C powder.The extra attachments look super useful and I’ve even used the wish attachment to beat my eggs in the morning.

total Customer Service Failure
We enjoyed this product until after 2 months it stopped charging. The customer support process has been a nightmare. It is too bad. All they had to do is read my messaging properly and understand that I’m an electronics expert who properly troubleshooted (is that a word?) the issue. Instead, they keep coming back with inane and unnecessary requests, I believe an attempt to wear me down and quit pursuing this issue.Shame Shame ShamePS. I never write bad reviews. This is a first for me!!Update: After a painful but attentive support process, they finally agreed to replace the product. I hope they work on improving their customer service because it is a great product. Some simple fixes like response templates that do not sound like they are going through Google Translate would be a great start. To be clear, I speak highly of the product and would recommend it to anyone.Second Update: Buyer beware. This company is a big sham. They claim they sent a replacement but cannot provide me a tracking number. They claim Amazon confirmed delivery of a replacement unit but, again cannot provide me a confirmation. They have spend the last 30 days asking question after question in badly tranlated English (Google Translate can only do so much). Clearly this is a company that is focused on selling their crappy product to unsuspecting Americans and then when there is an issue, fall back into the fact that they are a half a world away and untouchable. Shame on Amazon for letting companies like this get away with this type of scam. I am a loyal Amazon customer but this one has shaken me because I seem to not have any recourse. I just keep getting BS automated customer service from Amazon and the vendor…Shame shame shame!!

Almost too powerful as a milk frother
I needed one of these for the occasional milk froth when I’m not using my home setup. First thing I noticed is how powerful it is. Almost too much. I wish the low setting was just a little slower. It also came with a whisk and hook attachment. I was baking a simple cake, and thought to try the whisk attachment. To be honest, it actually spins too fast. I was flinging coco powder everywhere. So, this item is NOT lacking any power.The size of the item is not compact. It is a lot larger than I would think it needs to be. It must be what gives it all its power. The battery power has been amazing! I’ve charged it once at the beginning and haven’t needed to charge since. I’ve been using it for a solid month.
