Great Frother, easy to clean
It’s a great frother and warmer. I use it for frothing oat milk for my coffee and warming milk for the kids’ hot chocolates. Cleaning it is pretty straightforward. Don’t drop it in a sink of water; but I don’t have any trouble washing it down (inside and out) with soapy water and a sponge and then rinsing the entire unit under running water. I always let the connector on the bottom dry before using it again. I’ve not paid close attention to keeping the buttons from getting wet, and have not had any trouble from that yet. It’s going to save you a bunch of money by not making you go out to the local coffee shop every morning!

Makes AMAZING Foam! (Comes With 21 Warning Bulletpoints)
This milk frother does an amazing job at whipping up Soy milk into an extremely creamy frenzy, something I’ve never been able to do with a handheld whipper snapper, you know – the aerolatte types. Well, holy cow! I’ve never seen soy milk so thick and foamy. The picture shows just how solid the soy foam is, created with the heated mix button. The machine was so quiet, I just had to show you in a proof positive video. I did pour vanilla soy milk all the way to the top of the Max line inside the frother. There is a minimum line also, otherwise you might have no foam to show, I guess? Though I didn’t attempt to make foam while filling below the minimum line. There is a different, smaller whisk for smaller amounts. The soy milk was cold, and within 2 or 3 minutes it was hot (not boiling hot, maybe mix longer for that) and so thickened that I was spooning it onto my chai. I definitely went overboard just to see how the machine worked. I was obviously impressed. The only reason I cannot give this lightweight, snazzy little machine a perfect score is because after reading the manifesto of an instruction manual, I am afraid of it. There are no less than 21 bullet points of DO NOT statements. And the one that scares me the most is printed on the side of the frother itself. It says to not let water get into the buttons on the side while cleaning the thing. I did read that you can separate the top jug from the base, but the main thing I saw is that NONE of the accessories of the milk frother are dishwasher safe, and that bums me out. There are also lots of common sense instructions in the booklet (tome). Honestly, it feels authentically like my Grandma is yelling at me. It says to put the milk back in the refrigerator! I’m looking forward to channeling Grandma again and trying to add some spices to my foam next time. I can see myself using this machine every single day and having a great time making my own hot beverages.

I tested this with organic whole milk and a little half&half added to warm and froth for hot chocolate. I added liquid to the 130 marking and pressed the button with the wavy lines. Minutes later it was ready! I heated a coffee mug with hot tap water, emptied it, added chocolate syrup and the warm foam and milk mixture, my son loved it!It took me a bit to realize that the small mixer piece was attached to the inside of the lid. You can’t get the buttons wet when cleaning which is doable but an extra step. I placed a scrunched up towel over the buttons to keep any water out. I think a quick rinse and then use a soapy sponge inside and another rinse seemed to work fine. Maybe the company could create a silicone patch to cover the buttons while cleaning?This worked great and is as described. The manual could be edited a little to be clearer with step-by-step instructions. I re-read the manual a few times before I guessed what I had to do.

I was sent a dirty and used milk frother.
I just received and opened my milk frother and saw it has been used and it’s dirty not nice at all. The bottom of burner looks used also.
