If your big into your speciality coffees then keeping them as fresh as possible to keep all the flavour notes intact is a huge must, and a decent storage canister like one is a good way to help do that.The overall quality of the container is very good, and it definitely gives of a premium appeal. The whole thing feels well made, the dials are nice to use, and I like the way the lid softly opens when you press the release. I like the little touches like the card holder, built-in magnet, and the grippy rubber base which adds to the premium feel of it.The 600ml capacity is just about big enough to hold a 200g bag of beans.The seal seems to do a very good job of keeping my coffee beans fresh as they taste as good as when I open the bag and some beans, I use have a very strong aroma which doesnât get through the lid when its closed.It’s nice to be able to monitor the humidity inside, most recommendations seem to be around the 50 to 70 percent range and my coffee seems to sit around the 55 percent mark so thatâs about right.Overall, Iâm very pleased with this storage canister and even though the brand name is a bit strange its left a good impression on me in terms of the quality and finish. For around Â£55 I feel it represents good value for money as its on par with other similar storage options.Itâs a product Iâm more than happy to recommend and I feel it’s worth the full five stars, buy with confidence!

Nice way to store coffee
It’s nice you can set when you put your coffee into and monitor the humidity. I really like the addition of the magnetic measuring spoon. I don’t know if it’s a necessity to have this, but if you are in a more humid environment, this will help keep your coffee fresh.

Perfect Airtight Coffee Canister.
Immediately right out of the box, I could see the canister is made of high quality components. this was so delightful to see as one of my greatest passions is to roast and grind my own coffee.Here are my thoughts on this canister:It stores about 8 oz of fresh coffee beans.It has a date dial for keeping track of how long you have had the coffee.A spot to keep a label, located near the bottom front area. Labels are also provided. Perfect for knowing the type of beans inside.It has a really handy magnetic stainless steel measuring spoon/scoop which holds very well to the side of the canister.The hygrometer on the lid seems to work. As others have mentioned thereâs no way to actually change the humidity by using the dial. It’s only to keep track of the humidity.I have really enjoyed this canister over the last few weeks. I hope you do as well.I wanted to note a couple items that will hopefully help. – When you buy coffee beans, you usually get 12oz bags or larger. This canister holds about 8oz. I would recommend freezing the rest till you need it.I still love the canister because coffee beans are best for 1-2 wks. I simply get rest out of the freezer to get fresh beans. – It states the following, however as a reminder “Do Not Wash and Block” the top lid inside. This is where the one way exhaust valve is.Again, this coffee canister is perfect to keep roasted coffee beans fresh.Every day I look forward to that perfect smell and 1st unforgettable taste of coffee that starts the day.

Good for a weekend camping trip
Got this mainly for camping, and chose the white because we have a white percolator. I can get enough in for a weekend camping trip. This is on the smaller side, but if nothing else, that means I’m less likely to grind too much and not consume the ground coffee in a timely fashion. As others have mentioned, the scoop is on the small side, so you have to take that into consideration when putting into the pot. If you happen to be weighing out your coffee before brewing, the size of the scoop won’t be an issue. Definitely heavy duty components, so I expect this to last for many years to come. Pretty enough to have out on the counter, if I were so inclined.

I like a nice cup of fresh coffee. I have mainly beans, but do have a mixture of beans and ground coffee.I have had the Goose neck kettle from MHW-3BOMBER and, as with that, this 600 ml Gambo Coffee Container seems to be very well made.For me, this is possibly a wasted item as I am unlikely to notice if my coffee beans are in date, out of date, or at the right humidity and temperature. If you are a coffee afficionado, then this is definitely one for you.The only small issue I have with this is that whilst there are instructions, they aren’t useful. There are no really detailed instructions on how to use this item included with it.All in all though this seems well made, and useful for the right person, perhaps if you are that person you will already know how to use it.

Does what it’s supposed to do!
Monitors the humidity level of your coffee in the canister and allows the coffee to de-gas while not allowing air to enter the coffee chamber. . .holds 200 grams. . .just about right. . .also very stylish and well built!

Great quality, just not what I wanted.
The canister is great, but if you store less coffee than full canister the air left on top will oxidize the coffee, and the lesser coffee, the faster it stales.I did not think about it when buying, so had to change this to a vacuum canister in the end.
