Warmly Tips:
1)Important Notice: The light only turns on and the sealer is activated when the handle is pressed down!
2)Level 3-4 is enough for most applications.
3)Recommend starting low and gradually increasing your setting from 2.5-6.5 temperature for different bags.
4)Keep the sealer’s surface clean to avoid the oxidation of the residue which will reduce the life of the heat sealing strip.
5)Do not use wet cloth to clean the surface of heat sealing strip.

I like how easy this is to use. Does a good job sealing mylar bags. I like the fact that you can adjust the setting for differant thicknesses of bags. It accommodates the quart size bags and smaller comfortably. I would recommend the next size larger for gallon size bags, although it’s not impossible.

Nice seal on bags I want to keep fresh
I really like this functionally. It works great to seal a bag of chips, almods, chocolate etc. Works great with plastic/nylon food containers as well as the metallic bags like potato chips etc.It takes a bit of trial and error to get the dial to the right place, I just put in on setting 3-4 and use that for everything. I have not used this for very thick containers, but works pretty well for most common items.I have one product improvement suggestion for this. I wish it had a clasp or some kind of mechanism for storage. The upper arm sticks out when you are not using it. It would be nice to push it down, lock it in place, when stowing in the closet or pantry.

Great if you vacuum seal a lot
We bought to extend the heating strip on our vacuum sealer. We buy in bulk and to have this to make the first seal. Saves wearing out the heating strip on the vacuum sealer which are more expensive to replace than this.Seals very quickly.
