I normally stop to get some lunch to take to work at the drive-thru window, and I had been getting a large ice water for my drink. I remember when water was free but now it costs 25 cents or more. I opted to get these and fill the cup from home and save the money and waste of the plastic drive-thru cups. I did not care about the color changing cups, but they do change with cold water/drinks. I found that the lids are much more secure than any that fast food places provide, and the cups and straws and lids are durable. The straws have a protruded ring towards one end of the straw. This end goes down in the cup and I can only assume that it serves to keep the straw from accidentally being pulled all the way out as well as aiding in removing the lid. The straws are long enough to make it so that you are not breaking your neck bending it forward just to get a drink. The ad specifies that these cups are not leak proof. You also get a cleaning brush for the straws and a cleaning sponge for the cups. I did not see where these are dishwasher safe, but I will handwash mine anyway. They are not insulated, and they do sweat, but not as badly as fast-food plastic cups. The price is very reasonable in my opinion. The size is similar to a large McDonaldâs drink.

I use these every morning. They work very well. Perfect for my morning iced coffee. I broke one doing something stupid, but that was my fault!! I tried to lock the car door (old school push down lock with my full cup LOL). I would buy again but I still have 5 cups.
