Perfect Roast
This coffee is some of the best Iâve had. Iâm not a coffee snob, but I did grow up in the Pacific NW where we are kind of picky about our coffee. And, I know a little bit about good coffee. This coffee is full of flavor, robust, fresh, smooth and all around a great cup of coffee. The biggest plus is itâs Organic. You wonât be disappointed.

This winter blend coffee is really a cozy coffee. After several pots, I created my own blend with the bags in one of the photos. I really liked this coffee. I can see why some reviewers canât wait for winter for this to be available. I waited for it to be on sale. Like most things that are splurges, cost is the main ingredient. The full price I canât justify, but a sale, Iâll buy. It is a dark roast but not burnt toast. Itâs super flavorful and I even had to dial back the amount I ground to brew. Until I made my blend. Itâs tasty and warm and it didnât take me long to go through the whole lot of it. On its own or in my own mash up, this coffee is good. Iâll get it again. As always, taste is like beauty, itâs in the taste buds of the taster.

It is indeed a dark roast. The beans have a oil sheen on them but that’s the dark roast of the bean.I use a French press on their coffee beans with a coarse grind. Enjoy.
