💙HD PRE-PRINTED:Pattern The fabric is clearly printed with tiny squares that are colored and labeled with symbols. Each symbol corresponds to a cross stitch thread color. The symbols are written on a chart, with the corresponding thread color written below it. The chart is typically printed on the side of the fabric.
💛ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY WATER SOLUBLE PRINTING DYE EASY TO WASH: The colorful pattern and grid lines printed on the cross stitch fabric are very easy to wash off after you finish the embroidery work. Since it uses water soluble printing dye, please do not get it wet before you finish it.

Customers say
Customers find this cross stitch kit to be a great introduction to the craft, with a wonderful design that matches every room, and one customer noting it turns out better than the picture. The kit receives mixed feedback regarding ease of use, with some praising the great chart and instructions while others find the directions hard to understand. The color accuracy and thread quality also receive mixed reviews – while some appreciate the great colors and plenty of thread, others report colors not matching and insufficient quantities. The value for money is debated, with some finding it worth the price while others consider it a waste of money.

Very cute and easy to do
Very cute design and easy to cross stitch. Great to have it color coded which makes it so easy to follow. Everything you need is in the package but scissors. I did use my own needle but one is included. The threads and fabric are all provided with easy directions, and the result is a very nice piece that you can frame or even turn into a pillow.

Wonderful introduction to cross stitch!
I enjoy doing something to keep my hands busy while watching tv or sitting in on long zoom meetings where I have to pay attention, but donât need to take notes. I decided on a whim to try cross stitch, and really liked the look of the cute parrots on the line from this series. I received it quickly and it does come with everything you need! Here are a few things:1. The âinstructionsâ require you to know at least a few things about cross stitch to interpret. I recommend watching a few videos, just search for âbeginner pre-printed cross-stitch.â Then the instructions make a lot more sense!2. There is MORE than enough thread for the project (I have a lot left over). On the front of the package is a code (in this case 11CT 3 strands) which indicates the number of threads you use while stitching (in this case 3, the 11CT refers to the fineness of the fabric and therefore the number of crosses you can do per inch, bigger numbers mean smaller stitches, which are harder). Each piece of âflossâ is made up of 6 threads (or âstrandsâ), so you have to separate out three of them with which to thread your needle. If you try to use the whole floss (or even worse try to use three of them) you wonât be able to thread your needle, and youâll quickly run out of thread. If you do run out it is easy to find more since they use a standard code for each color.3. The one thing that doesnât come in the kit that is super helpful is a needle threader. You can get one on Amazon or even your local grocery store. They are cheap!4. The colors printed on the cloth are very bright, which helps make stitching easy, and reduce the amount of attention you have to pay while doing it. They do show through the stitching somewhat, but I havenât washed them out yet. There are clear instructions for how to wash out the printing.5. Youâll learn this from the videos, but make sure all your stitches are the same as this makes a big difference in how the pattern looks in the end. I accidentally did one row backwards and it stuck out like a sore thumb, and I ended up picking it out and doing it again.Really all of this I learned from the videos, but the result makes me feel very professional!. This project is taking me many hours, and I am really enjoying it! Iâm planning to buy some more kits, and recommend you do too!

The kit is okay-ish, although the end result turns out quite aesthetically pleasing
Bunny in bag – While the end result is pretty, there are a few areas that fell short of expectations. The colors differ from those advertised, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the instructions for backstitching could be improved – many of these were in between weaves which made it difficult to follow. The thread quality was not the best either.Sea in bottle – I was really excited about this one and it looks pretty ð the backstitch was however the hard part because of which I took it slow.

Cross stitch kit.
Excellent product. Especially like having design printed on Aida cloth. Alit of time was out into it and was well worth it. Outcome was stunning. When finished it was put into a serving tray with a glass top.

Here to dispel a lot of myths
*Updated with finished pictures (I changed a lot of string because I felt like it!)*Almost every negative review is due to people not knowing anything about cross-stitch, or ultimately use Google. This is my very first project, and with very little Googling, I have had zero problems other than the normal cross-stich problems (mostly tangling my thread. My fault.)”There is only one stitch” No, there are 4. Full stitch, half stitch, back stitch, and French knot.”You can see the pattern through the stitching.” Correct. You are supposed to wash it off when you are done.”I ran out of string.” I’m not finished yet, but I have had extra of everything. Were you splitting your threads down to 3 strands (2 strands for the backstitch?)”The pattern on the cloth/paper don’t match the string colors.” Correct. They use higher contrast to help you work on the project. There are 4 colors of pastel blue alone- If they tried to use the true colors on the cloth you would not be able to tell them apart. Rely on the paper for your backstitching. Rely on the canvas colors for everything else. (If you hit an illegible part, refer to the paper copy.)”The fabric is too stiff.” I have been ‘hand-sewing’ mine instead of using a hoop.”The holes are too close together.” They are perfectly uniform and very cleanly punched. This is very strong and durable Aida cloth.”It’s scratchy.” Your hands are too dry. If they were not, it would not catch on your skin.Of note: I filled in my background because I’m a little craft crazy. I changed a thread color to increase the contrast a little (I think colors 23, 24, and 25 are too similar. I will probably swap one of the pastel blues out for a pale cyan for the same reason.)It is not nearly as confusing as people say if you have any amount of patience. Very much for beginners. (But EXTREMELY time consuming!)Happy stitching!

Not enough floss
Lovely and well made but I had to supplement every color as I ran out of floss provided. There was no instructions to divide the provided floss – and to do so would have been too thin to cover each X.

I purchased this based on the positive reviews but I have to advise, buyer beware. The fabric was rock hard with some type of glaze over it. It makes you think it’s high quality but makes stitching very difficult. You’re not supposed to wash it until the artwork is finished. Hoping the grid lines wash off if I ever get this project finished. Do yourself a favor and purchase a better quality kit. This is not it. I actually may send it back.
