I feel like I finally made decent espresso. Grinds very consistent and feels great in the hands. Numbers on the dial are just for user reference so you know how much youâve adjusted it. 7-10 clicks from all the way closed is crazy fluffy espresso, 20 is great pourover. Only complaint is the qsize of the hopper and grinds receiver, knew when I bought it but do wish I could squeeze more in it. Easy to load though so not really complaining, and more than enough for an aeropress.Was planning to take it camping but am thinking I might keep it at home for awhile.

MAVO is a brand made up of a group of real coffee drinkers and they just produce excellent grinders that can challenge any brand on the market.Superior quality and design.Worth the C$80 for sure.I am looking for their latest flagship called MAVO pro.

Yes, 80$ can be a lot for any piece of gear. But, for that cost you’re getting:- Solid metal everything (except for that nice wooden accent knob)- Something you can take apart and put back together in under 5 minutes (there are less than 10 parts)- Something that will probably outlast youThe level of thought that went into some of the features is super nice too:- Carrying back w/ two pockets so the handle and body dont scratch each other- Reverse threads on the bottom of the body so you dont undo it while grinding
