I’m not ready to go straight Decaf on my morning coffee. I still need that ‘caffeine kick’ to get going. I’ve settled on Maud’s ‘world’s best half caff’. Because it is. Still full of flavor, yet only enough caffeine to kick me off the couch and into my work day. I’ve tried all the half caffeine blends I have available to me, and they all were bitter, or made with a darker blend than I like . Maud’s uses a quality blend, that’s extremely smooth and with less acidity than any other half-caffs. It’s within my budget, priced less than some others, and is exactly what I’m looking for in a coffee.

I needed to cut back on caffeine so I discovered Half Caf coffees. Iâve been drinking Folgers Half Caf and also Starbuck( hard to find). Both of those are also good, but stores around me are frequently out. I decided to search Amazon .I had heard Maudâs was good so Iâm giving it a try. Iâm not a coffee expert but I think it has a little more flavor than the others. Iâll rotate the three for variety.

Not for me. Solely basing this off of flavor. Something odd in the aftertaste. Also rather strong for a medium roast. Three people in my household did not like it, so unfortunately we will not be purchasing it again.

For those who want caffeine but not too much this did the job. I react to too much caffeine and this did the trick. I drink only a few a week so it hit the spot. Assortment of flavors was just that, an assortment. It wasn’t even in numbers per flavour but I like what I got. Banana foster was my favourite and that is what I had the majority of. Good price and good coffee for reduced caffeine product.
