This tea (all black tea flavours that I’ve tried) is for the most part lacking in flavour, tastes “dusty” rather than fresh/bright and is so finely cut that it has way too many floating pieces in a brewed cup.Will not buy again.

Nice smooth taste but not strong
Although I am a coffee drinker I like a bit of tea in the afternoon. I like the organic teas best. I find the itâs not very strong when making a cup. But thatâs because Iâm really a coffee drinker. Also this is not decaf but Iâm ok with that. Yes I will order this again

Drinking this chai tea was an absolute travesty. The flavor was so insipid and lifeless, it was akin to drinking hot water with a vague hint of spice. The supposed ‘richness’ and ‘warmth’ of the spices were nowhere to be found. Instead, it was a sad, watery concoction that tasted more like disappointment than anything else. It was like drinking colored water. The lack of body and depth was truly appalling. To top it all off, the aroma was just as lackluster as the taste. Instead of the inviting, comforting scent of chai, it smelled stale and unappetizing. This chai tea was a complete and utter failure on all fronts. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

It’s okay.Some tea bits escape out of the pods.The flavors are okay and found the overall experience an average.

Artificial cinnamon taste ð® Updated: seller made it right for me!
Update: excellent customer service!!/ To make things right Maudeâs sent me English tea which tastes outstanding . Still not fond of the cinnamon tea but that is my taste. However I changed my rating due to the fact that the seller went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction!! Well done!! :)Did not like the taste! Reminds me of the âhot tamalesâ cinnamon candy, very strong artificial cinnamon flavor. Was hoping for a more natural cinnamon flavor like bigelow cinnamon stick tea, but unfortunatey it was not. I couldnât even give it away, wound up trashing it after trying 2 cups 🙁

Really love this tea product. When we placed our first order, we ordered the variety pack to decide which of their flavors we liked the best. We really enjoyed, the Passion, English Breakfast, Chamomile and the Peppermint.

If I use anything less than a 1/2 cup setting, it’s just too weak. No flavor.I’ll use what I have and then look for a stronger brand
