Elegant Mocha Tea Set
After been introduced to Japanese tea drinking culture, this is my very first set of Mocha ceremony tea set. I took some beautiful pictures when I unboxed them. I love this specific color because it’s close to the color of mocha tea powder itself. The set provides a sense of elegance which I very much appreciate in the process of making and drinking the tea. Shipping label annoying!
Such a beautiful set, but unfortunately, if youâre buying it as a gift, the beautiful box will be ruined by the shipping label being slapped on it. Itâs not shipped in a separate box and I had to spend a half an hour trying to scrub the label off of it to give it as a gift

This Match set is very pretty to look at and yet is made of high quality porcelain and materials. The bamboo whisk is durable and easy to clean, and the bowl is smooth and strong. I got this as a gift for my wife and she loves the pattern and quality.The instructions it came with are relatively easy to follow (just a few typos and grammatical errors) and help you prepare a great matcha brew as well as keeping the product clean and ready for next use. While it claims to be dishwasher safe, we wash all of the pieces by hand as they really seem to be too delicate for the dishwasher.All in all, this set is excellent quality and very pretty too, so if you don’t want to brew a cup or two, you can easily use it as a display ornament on your bookshelves or china cabinet.

Pros:- Of course you can mix your matcha in a regular teacup with a regular whisk or frother. But where’s the fun in that? This matcha set is great for experiencing matcha in a more traditional way, which can be a surprisingly fun and novel experience.- It comes with everything you need to set up a matcha ceremony, including a sifter and a towel with a lovely floral design. All in all there are 7 pieces to this kit making it more complete than other kits I’ve seen.- The ceramic pieces look lovely and feel quite well made. So pretty I also kept it for myself! Would make a great housewarming gift for the tea lover in your life – it’s great value as it sets you up with everything you need to get started so it’s made easy for you, and the blossom print is so pretty.

This matcha set is super cute, nice quality, and perfect for gifting. It comes with a bamboo whisk, a “spoon,” a ceramic whisk stand, a ceramic spoon rest, a little sieve, a lovely little cloth, and of course, a ceramic bowl.All the ceramic pieces feel good quality, solid and smooth, and match in their glazing/colouring. The bowl is etched with adorable little flower indents too. It has a spout to pour, and the bowl itself is larger than most matcha “cups” I’ve had in the past, suggesting this is ideal for serving and sharing, though I suppose you could just serve yourself one massive cup of matcha too.It comes with instructions on brewing matcha, using the whisk, and how to care for it, which is great. The whisk stand in particular is a nice touch as it keeps the delicate whisk out of harm’s way while allowing it to dry without warping.It all washes well, though should be washed by hand. The bowl may be fine in the dishwasher as it is ceramic and glazed well, but I would definitely not put anything else in the dishwasher. The bamboo whisk and spoon in particular need to be hand washed only.This is a lovely little set of nice quality matcha tools, and it would make a fabulous gift for a tea-lover.
