Basic and effective matcha set
I like the simple elegance of this matcha set. It is not flashy and it does not include a bunch of unnecessary equipment. A kettle to heat the water, some matcha tea, and your favorite tea cups are all that is required.The effectiveness of the whisk is completely dependent on the quality of the matcha. I was able to get a nice froth with with Aiya matcha. I’m sure it will work well with any decent quality tea.

Great Little Set with Whisk
This is a fantastic little matcha set and included everything I needed to make my matcha and have a nice relaxing moment. The ceramic pieces are very high quality and look fantastic on my counter top, almost like pieces of art in their own way. The whisk works great after soaking briefly and letting it open up and the spoon stick is perfect for dishing up a serving in the bowl. Overall it’s a great little set and I love the convenience of having it on my counter top ready to go in a moments notice. Highly recommended.

Good beginner matcha tea set
No instructions provided on how to use but there are videos online that show you how to make matcha tea.The device that has the matcha tee scoop sitting in is the drying/holder rack for the bamboo tea whisk (had to look at a couple videos to see one in use).Tips: Pre heat mixing bowl with hot water.Filling the bowl to just over halfway full produced better results (frothing) for me. Over 2/3s will result in splashing outside of bowl.Once scoop of match powder worked for me – two scoops was too much (personal preference).Rinse the bamboo whisk is clean water after use, shake off excess water and put on whisk holder to dry. Washed whisk in RO (reverse osmosis) water, not tap water.

This kit is very beautiful. It comes with a bowl, whisk, holder, and scooper. If this is all you need, then get the kit. It looks like it is good quality and will last a long time. I would recommend this set!

The cutest and practical
This is the bad, the good and the verdict after a few uses and washes.The good:- Great value- Looks well made. Doesn’t look cheap- The material is nice. I like the white porcelain like color. I have another set that’s matcha color and this white set is just as perfect.- I appreciate that the cup has a spout like to pour out the tea easier. My current set doesn’t have that.- It comes in a very sturdy and nice box.The bad:- None so farThe verdict:- Will re-purchase if needed as a gift for others. I love it.

High quality matcha set
A really excellent quality matcha set. It looks very modern, chic, and minimalistic. The materials are great, and work well. Looks very high end in the kitchen. I would say that the only additional tool that would be useful for making matcha would be a sifter/strainer to make sure that the matcha is not lumpy.

Great Set! We are just getting into the proper japanese tea and this is a good one to start with – the material is really good quality and the whisk is nicely packaged so to not get ruined. We are just now getting matcha and it does wisk it just fine. Make sure that you clean it off when done otherwise it sticks. I didn’t get the exact color that I requested, but I didn’t have anything to match it against, so its fine!
