very flimsy
You can only grind small herbs in this not coffee beans! False advertisement saying it’s for coffee!!

Not worth the effort
The burr wobbles a lot while grinding the coffee, leading to very inconsistent ground sizes. It’s convenient for it to go right into a mason jar, but I never grind enough coffee to need that much space on the output side. If you don’t have any grinder, maybe this is ok to start with, but you will quickly outgrow it.

Grinds to a powder
takes about 3 to 4 minutes to do one grind. very fine grind, this will do just fine for my needs, glad I had a mason jar

Disappointed
I put it on my jar and it wouldn’t screw on. The coffee grounds come out really slow a d it looks like powder.

Slow going
I like that this simple hand grinder fits directly on a mason jar. I dried a lot of herbs from my garden this year and I do store them in mason jars so I wanted to grind them right in before vacuum sealing. I had a hard time with this coffee grinder because the mechanism shifted a lot, quite wobbly, so it took a long time. I did a good bit of oregano through it, and it gave me a much finer grind than my blender does, but it was quite inconsistent, with some larger leaf fragments making their way through and some becoming powder. For my purpose this was fine, for coffee grounds I would think more consistent would be better. If it stayed a little more stable it would do a better and quicker job, but it is cool to have and does get the job done.

only good if grind size isn’t important
sure, it’s a burr grinder, but the mechanism is so sloppy that it’s impossible to get a consistent grind out of it. If you want something to use daily, this is not the grinder for you.

Good for jars
Great for grinding stuff into a jar. fits right on the smaller lid ones. we used it for the corriander.
