Certainly! COOLKITS Manual coffee grinders with ceramic burrs offer several advantages that make them popular among coffee enthusiasts. Here are some of the positive aspects:
Consistent Grind Size: Ceramic burrs are known for producing a consistent grind size, which is essential for achieving uniform extraction and balanced flavors in your coffee. This is especially important for brewing methods like pour-over and espresso.Heat Resistance: Ceramic burrs have excellent heat resistance compared to their steel counterparts. This means that the heat generated during grinding won’t affect the coffee’s flavor, preserving the delicate aromatic compounds.Durability: Ceramic burrs are harder than steel burrs, making them more resistant to wear and maintaining their sharp edges over time. This can lead to a longer lifespan for the burrs, providing you with consistent grind quality over an extended period.Reduced Static: Ceramic burrs tend to generate less static electricity during the grinding process compared to steel burrs. This helps reduce coffee grounds clinging to the burrs and other components, making cleanup easier.Less Heat Transfer: Ceramic burrs transfer less heat to the coffee beans during grinding, which can be beneficial for maintaining the beans’ natural flavors and aromas.Quiet Operation: Ceramic burrs often produce less noise during grinding compared to steel burrs, which can be particularly appreciated in quiet environments.Customizability: Many manual coffee grinders with ceramic burrs allow you to adjust the grind size by adjusting the distance between the burrs. This level of control can be important for various brewing methods and personal preferences.Compact and Portable: Manual coffee grinders are generally lightweight and compact, making them suitable for travel or outdoor activities where you want to grind coffee on the go.
When it comes to manual coffee grinders and achieving a coarse consistency in your coffee grounds, there are a few important points to consider:
Grind Size Settings: Most manual coffee grinders offer adjustable grind settings that allow you to control the coarseness of the coffee grounds. Look for a grinder that provides a wide range of settings, specifically catering to coarse grinds suitable for methods like French press or cold brew.
Burr Configuration: Pay attention to the type of burr the manual grinder uses. Conical burrs are generally better for producing consistent coarse grinds, as they offer a wider range of particle sizes.
Consistency: Coarse consistency is important for methods like French press, where even particle size contributes to proper extraction. Manual grinders with quality burrs tend to produce more uniform coarse grinds, which can enhance the overall flavor of your coffee.

Perfect Manual Grinder for Home and Office
This manual coffee grinder is a fantastic addition to my coffee routineâI liked it so much that I got one for both home and the office. Itâs quiet, which is a big plus compared to noisy electric grinders, and the adjustable grind size works perfectly for my French press. I actually enjoy the manual grinding process; itâs a great way to pass the time while my water heats up. By the time the waterâs ready, my coffee is, too. Cleaning is quick and easy, and the extra glass jar is super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple, reliable grinder!

Careful could be a sharp edge. Check it over.
Like that it’s bigger than the one I previously had. I only grind about 2 days worth of beans at a time. I sit down and hold it between my knees to help steady it. There was a sharp edge on the underside of the crank handle Andy it took a chunk of my left hand by my thumb. Check it over carefully.

Works wonders! Must buy
By purchasing whole beans and crushing or grinding them myself, I have saved money. Simple to use, just be careful not to overfill it. Cleanup and reuse are both simple. makes the coffee beans’ entire flavour more apparent. It required a manual mill/grinder with more storage than an ounce or two that could grind coffee beans as well as additional goods like bran and nuts. This one is ideal because it comes with two jars to preserve the ground up ingredients for future baking, frying, etc. I’ve already found it helpful to crush oats and bran to make muffins and breads. Highly recommend it, just buy it!

To difficult to use.
Way to difficult to use, the handle was wobbly. I returned it.

Best coffee grinder
This manual grinder performs wonderfully! it comes with a spare glass bottle with a cover and that the bottom portion is glass rather than plastic because this minimizes static. The burr grinder is the best option because it grinds beans consistently. I usually make 1 or 2 cups at a time because I use this for travel. it took around 2 minutes to grind enough for a strong cup. If you’re seeking for a grinder that’s fairly priced and works well you’ve found it.

Takes time to grind!
Well this does not grind very fast just know if you’re in a hurry you better have some pre-ground coffee beans. First one I ordered came broke packaging is really bad. Second one I got I tried it and I sent back. Takes way too long to grind up those beans.
