Missing bottle/jar, and doesnât grind
When I opened the box all that was in the box was the top portion of the grinder. The alleged âincluded bottle/jarâ was missing out of the box. I have mason jars so I connected one in an attempt to make the experience not so bad. However, it only got worse. The grinder doesnât grind the beans. It was dropping whole beans into the jar. Do I went back to the page where is shows what level to put the screw top to get a finer grind and still just barely cut mostly whole beans kept dropping. This product is rubbish.

Works good
Itâs beautiful and works good but the 4 star is because of the plastic gears.

It’s fine, I guess….
Hopefully it lasts. There’s a lot of slop in the PLASTIC gears. It also takes forever to grind with it.

El mejor regalo
Le encanto a mi esposo ,, hermoso una reliquia.

Did not impress.
This is more novelty then function. The set up is awkward and loose and the jar is tiny. I don’t feel like the crank level connectors will handle long term use..it just feels and functions cheaply.

Pretty Little Grinder
No, it is not just for show. It really looks antique, but many parts are plastic. I thought the plastic parts would make it too fragile, but it turns out a very good coffee grind. There is no marking on the grind adjustment, so you have to do a trial and error to adjust the grind. A course grind is a bit hard to crank but I usually use a fine grind and cranking is easy. It is not fast and noisy like the electric grinders. It took me several minutes to grind out a single k-cup serving size. Like most burr grinders the grind is very consistent. It was easy to clean. It also looks great on the shelf.Overall, it met my expectations, and the price was reasonable for the value but i had to knock off a star because of the plastic parts. They just do not seem very durable.

it works
this grinder does work. it is adjustable. but that’s about all the nice things i have to say about it. the only thing made out of metal on it are the spring, the turning bar and the screws. absolutely everything else is plastic. it is not nice plastic, its the type that just decides to snap as you are using it. i do not expect this to last more than a couple of grinds.

Mediocre quality
This piece looks *so* cute and quaint and I had high hopes for it. It will look good sitting on our kitchen counter but it’s pretty poor quality so I’m not planning to use it often. The clear jar is made of glass and I think a couple of the black parts are metal (like the grinder gears themselves) but it’s primarily mediocre quality plastic. Feels like if I use it too much/too rigorously it will break. Plus it was actually weirdly difficult to find/use the opening for pouring the whole coffee beans in.
