Iâve got many of these cans. Both the original and new version. I do still like the protection this can provides but Iâm more of a fan of the soft felt that came in the original cans rather than the harder rubber material that the new version has.

Keeps glasses safe while backpacking and road trips
I bought this case to protect my expensive prescription Glacier Glasses while mountain climbing in the winter. They worked so well that I purchased three more for my other eyeglasses. Although a little heavy for backpacking, they are so durable and functional that I still prefer them to any other eyeglass container.

Robust, protective – a bit big to pocket, perfect for everything else.
I tried this as a glasses case. I can fit two pairs in it with microfiber as well. That should also give you an idea of how large it is – you aren’t pocketing this case. But it’s pretty much ideal for all other uses. Firm latch that’s a bit hard to open at first (which is good.) We’ll see how it holds up over time, but it seems extremely promising.

Nice Shooting Glasses Case
The DAKA Glasses Case is easy to open, is lined with a thin, closed-cell rubber foam, isn’t terribly expensive, and is the perfect fit for large, goggle-type glasses.I do wish that the build quality was a little more robust. It doesn’t feel “cheap,” but I feel like I could rip off the hinge if I tried with my bare hands.Overall, I still recommend it to keep your investment safe while being tossed around in the range bag.
