Excellent storage containers!
I like these containers very much. The plastic is a bit ‘thin’ but otherwise they are quite functional and are capable of storing my various houseplant media: potting soil, peat moss, perlite, et al. One of these containers can hold a full bag of peat moss or potting soil, which is very useful. The lids…are curious. I’ve discovered that the best way to secure the lid is to fasten each side in a ‘clockwork’ method, fastening each side in sequence. The sides are just too ‘thin’ to fasten opposite clasps effectively (which is what I usually do).The plastic sides are a bit ‘dull’, ie not clear, but there are labels/pens you can use. I just cut the label from the bags, and stuck those on, and it was fine.Overall, I am very pleased with these, and certainly recommend them.

Large square bottom food containers, great for pantry storage!
The biggest complaint from reviewers is that they are difficult to separate when they arrive. Solution: take the containers to your bathroom, set them upside down on the sink. Turn your blow dryer on high and warm the top of the outer container for a few seconds per side – about 15 seconds total – & even this ol’ granny can easily pull them apart. You’re welcome!As for the containers – no smell, they don’t warp (even when heated a bit lol), the lids remove easily and require a bit of oomph to close, giving confidence that they are well sealed. My only wish would be that they were straight sided rather than tapered. I don’t need them to nest; they will rarely, if ever, be empty, and the tapered sides do waste some space.Capacity: I purchased both the 7qt/6.5L and the 5.2L sizes. The 7qt/6.5L will hold approximately 8 pounds of elbow macaroni, 12 pounds of rice or 10 pounds of flour. The 5.2L size easily holds a 5 pound bag of sugar, flour, cornmeal etc. with room to spare.Extras: I purchased this set because I liked the look of the included measuring cups/scoops. They seem to be made of a similar material as the containers and are sturdy and shaped for scooping. They are not measuring cups for baking as the one cup/8oz line is actually a quarter inch or so below the rim – tough to level for accuracy and if you fill it to the brim, it’s over 8oz. But as a scoop, it’s fine. The pen and labels are a useful touch. I recommend putting the label on the container and then writing on it so it does not smear. Or give the writing plenty of time to dry before applying.Overall, I am pleased with these storage containers and have already ordered more of both sizes.

Great for 25 pounds of flour.
Eunice I make a lot of bread I wanted yo start buy 25 pound bags flour. After months of searching flour storage container I was ready to give up because of how expensive they are then I stumbled upon these. Three containers hold full 25 pound bag of bread flour no problem . Iâve found the scoops they included very handy each container has its own.Because my hands are old something I have difficulty opening the latches that snap it closed but itâs worth the discomfort if this is true air tight sealThese are a nice quality & Iâd definitely buy them again.Highly recommend to anyone whoâs a regular baker and to those who buy in bulk.

Exactly what I was hoping for.
These are great. I really love the size itâs perfect for being able to actually scoop the ingredients and level the measuring cup, without making a mess. The lids are great too because they really give an air-right seal. And the measuring cups and labels with pen that come with, weâre so perfect and helpful. My one and only negative was that, the way they were packaged with the blast if in between each container in the box I needed two people to get them apart.

Awesome containers
These air tight containers are fantastic. I cleaned out my snack cabinet and filled a garbage bag with all of the partially empty / stale chip bags / cookie packages that keep getting shoved to the back!!! Wasted money so I decided I need to change my process. Buying these containers and putting all the cookies and chips in their respective container would be a game changer. No more buying new snacks until these are finished will not only help my wallet but also my peace of mind!!! Definitely recommend

Great storage and organization
These are amazing just a great size with the freshness of the air tight lids. One alone literally held a ten lb bag of flour and another held sugar. They stay fresh like was just bought and it makes it great with the cups to pull out just as much as needed at a time. No mess perfect storage and can fit anywhere needed and looks neat and clean

Estos botes son más grandes de lo que esperaba pero me encantaron, les caben 5 kilos de arroz o azúcar. Si son herméticos y vienen con unas etiquetas y marcador. Solo fue algo difÃcil separar los botes por como venÃan empacados pero los recomiendo mucho.
