Spacious, sturdy, elegant
The name ROYAL CRAFTWOOD LUXURY Bamboo utensil rack says it all. This organizer is very elegant, spacious, and sturdy; some qualities of royalty. It fits well in my kitchen drawer, thus making my silverware well organized. Each slots could hold several pieces of silverware. I love the color and the quality of this piece. I would definitely recommend.

Love the concept behind this
This is such a neat idea and it’s executed really well. My kitchen drawers are not extra-wide, so I’m not able to utilize the full power of this thing, but it still looks great and is very functional.Whether stretched wide or pushed inwards, it feels durable and well-made. The piece fits in place perfectly, it doesn’t jostle around in any direction when it’s in the drawer, and the stuff you put inside stays put for the most part. For me, only the silver forks/spoons/knives (that are all bunched up in one slot) tend to slide around when I open and close the drawer, but it’s hardly an issue at all.It slightly reduces the max height of the inside of your drawer, but that wasn’t a problem for me, everything I wanted to put inside fit with room to spare (and I put all sorts of stuff in it, including bulkier kitchen tools like a lemon squeezer and a rolling pin). I only stretch it out slightly, as you can see in the photo, which also has not caused any problems at all. I appreciate the fact that it can be adjusted pretty freely, I’m glad I’m able to stretch out one side only partially. Would have been very annoying if that weren’t the case.All in all, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It’s a very simple drawer divider, executed extremely well. It feels premium, can be freely adjusted, and looks great. Can highly recommend this.

(DISREGARD REVIEW & see last lines!) I have “a lot” of kitchen gadgets so wanted something larger than the standard plastic I’ve always had. Love that this product expands, is made of quality wood & it’s really rich looking! The packaging is even rich looking if you wanted to give as a gift. You can tell the min you open it that this company stands behind their products. You won’t be disappointed! SEE BELOW!***** After putting it in my drawer I noticed the part that expands was broken off. I took it out of my drawer and while putting it in the box to send for a refund the whole thing fell apart. Any part that could come apart did all over my kitchen floor!! I went from extremely happy with a positive review to saying “THIS IS A PIECE OF CRAP! Very unhappy! The box held together but the product didn’t! *****

Take steps by glueing and waxing to give it a long life.
I just received this yesterday and so far, I like it. It really made my flatware drawer more accessible and organized.After reading helpful reviews, I just about knew exactly what I was getting and am very pleased with my purchase. I am going to leave some helpful tips to help prevent some of the issues complained about in other reviews.Mine is very sturdy and very nice, functions very well and definitely upgraded my flatware drawer.After reading reviews of it falling apart and slipping around in the drawer, I took steps as soon as I opened it to prevent those issues. And I would like to share them so that others may prevent future issues. They are very simple steps and basic care for thin wood such as bamboo.Before using it,I reinforced it with some indoor/outdoor wood glue on every single joint.Once the glue dried, I applied wood wax…..top bottom, every side ….everywhere. The wax will help repel water from seeping into the wood as well as prevent moisture in the air from warping the bamboo. If your drawer is near your sink,dishwasher or stove….no matter what wooden insert you buy, it is going to be necessary to wax it and maybe even glue it.. Apply both glue and wax heavily. Allow the glue to dry before applying the wax. Then allow the wax to dry before adding your flatware.Once it is dry, use something in the back of the drawer to keep it from slipping. I used some little blocks of wood to fill the gap in the back between the tray and the back of the drawer. This gave me 3 extra compartments as well as kept my tray securely in place.I also used a little thin peace of wood to keep the slide outs from slipping shut everytime the drawer is opened. The wood blocks are very simple as well removable solutions.You will need to reapply the wax every six months to a year. Which is simple to do…..just wipe some wax on whenever you take it out to clean it. Make sure the wood is dry before applying the wax.The entire piece plus slide outs is two inches deep, so the center section is not 2 inches deep, but more like 1Â½ inches deep. That’s because the slide outs slide under the center section when closed. So yes there is a depth difference in order for everything to be flush in height across the top. But it holds a lot of flatware plus extras. I have about 20 of everything plus the serving pieces and it all fits wonderfully. Even though I can only use one side of the slide outs, because my drawer is only 15 inches wide. This was the perfect solution to have a tray that fits my drawer perfectly….like a custom made tray! I love it!It is neat, clean spacious, practical and just looks so very nice.
