There’s no guarantee you will get a fresh bag.
I purchased a two pound bag of both the regular whole bean and the decaf. The decaf is excellent. The regular is old enough to qualify for Medicare. It has the chalky light matte appearance that signifies very stale beans. This also means it has almost no flavor. Not just no creme brulee flavor… No coffee flavor. It basically makes coloured water, even when you use twice as much. It’s really too bad, as I had planned to make it my new usual purchase. And the worse part is… I’m not aware of any way to get my money back on a food purchase. I’m on a very low fixed income, and this was a costly mistake instead of a nice way to treat myself to something I enjoy. So the reviews are accurate. If you get a fresh bag, it’s excellent coffee. But if you don’t, it’s simply an easy way to lose $30. I can’t afford to try it again to see if it was a one-off. Not with no way to get a refund if it is bad.

I love the coffee and their service is the best.
I first tasted pecan flavored coffee in a gift package filled with Texas products during the holidays and loved it. I tracked down this company as a producer of this type of coffee and ordered beans, which I grind at home. Their coffee is on the mark. I am generally a strong flavored coffee guy. The flavor of this coffee is very satisfying, a bit sweet from the nuts I suppose but not too much. I have ordered three times now. The orders arrive very quickly. They ship direct and use their own box, which is new and makes for a high quality presentation. It would make for a good gift.

Flavor has good pecan taste
I give it 5 stars for taste, 3 stars for QC. Of the 6 bags Iâve bought, 2 have had foreign objects in the beans, one was a full sized bolt that definitely was too big to have come from my coffee grinder. My coffee maker has a built in grinder which required I take the grinding portion apart both times to get the metal objects out.

Freshest, smoothest ,best tasting , coffee Iâve ever had. This coffee has fresh roasted pecans in it too. Makes me want to get out of bed in the morning.
