The taste is very mild so in my case I just add an extra scoop I find the kick is very subtleI filled out a coupon for a free bag but havenât received it so Iâve been a little resurveyed from ordering again , but at the end of the day itâs not a bad coffee

I love buying the whole bean dark and grinding it up myself, and then smelling it in the morning!!!! BEST start to my day. Iâve tried all the other coffeeâs recommended by Paul Saladino but this is the best organic whole bean i can find. Iâll continue to buy if they donât keep jacking up the price.

This is my favourite coffee. It tastes great and doesn’t give me heartburn. The problem is that this is very expensive. 0.75 lbs for $22-$28 CAD. There are many great options for half the price (Santo Domingo, Balzacs, etc).You need a quality coffee maker, or else you are wasting your money on this product. Cheaper coffee machines cannot extract all the flavour out of these coffee beans. You also need a quality grinder. Buying this coffee pre grounded doesn’t make sense, as you might as well buy a more economical product. Pre grounded coffee loses most of it flavour. It is very noticeable.This is the best coffee on the market, it’s just really expensive.

Lifeboost coffee
While I love Lifeboost coffee, Amazon sent the wrong flavor. Disappointed about that. I ordered medium roast regular beans. I recâd. Strata.Lifeboost coffeeâs quality, taste and aroma are excellent. So smooth and no acid.

Great taste & organic/low acidity worth the price
This coffee is fantastic! So smooth, not bitter at all. You can tell its lower acidity by that fact alone. I’m curious to see over time how I feel after consuming this clean coffee bean. I was surprised to learn that in addition to organic, you could find a higher quality bean with less toxins. It’s worth the extra cost for better practices (free trade) and a healthier product. In the end, you get what you pay for. If you want to be cheap & complain about the cost in the reviews, go buy cheap coffee & move on. If you understand that where you spend your money has far-reaching effects, make different choices to afford to keep your preferred habits and vices. Coffee is my last “bad” habit and a higher quality product fits in my philosophy of “good, better, and best.” Best would probably be not drinking coffee or not doing so everyday, but in my case “better” with this coffee is good enough for now. If you’re going to consume coffee, why not go with a healthier option to help you find balance or moderation in what you consume? Anyway, off my high horse and back to enjoy this delicious cup of coffee. Will keep buying & would recommend, especially with some homemade walnut milk + dates. Yum!

Had high Expectations
First, I bought this for the health benefits. Its calming to know the testing for fungus and pesticides was done. It is also low acid so the stomach doesn’t revolt. I did not get jittery, that is good and was also able to sleep fine. Otherwise, I could not since the coffee was near noon time. However, the taste was mild and a little off. Not rich. When you smell the beans before grinding, it did not give me a rush of good coffee that fills the nostrils. I will continue to keep it and hope for the best. The rich and delicious coffee that was organic I used to use was dark roast from Thrive. Two different tastes.

Robust Light Acid Coffee
Delicious dark roast but with low acidity. You can still enjoy a rich flavorful cup of coffee without the high acidity.

Love this as iced coffee with milk
Didnât think Iâd like dark roast but I prefer this bean to the light roast when making iced coffee. Wake up every morning looking forward to a tall glass of it! I really appreciate the low acidity, and smooth taste.

Great coffee but arrived with a slit in the bag
Aroma is great. Could smell it in the box since there was a slit in the bottom of the bag. Unfortunately, it cannot be returned. So Iâm stuck with a more expensive bag of coffee that Iâm not going to use beaver something could be in the bag.

I like strong black coffee – this is NOT my cup of JOE, maybe it is yours tho!
I read the reviews and was really excited to try this Dark Roast organic coffee. I feel coffee taste vary, it is a personal thing and while I believe the reviews here on Amazon are totally legit I almost wonder what I am missing here? Did I get a different bag of brew than everyone else?There is nothing dark or robust about the flavor of this coffee and it was noticable as soon as I opened the bag. I brewed it in my French coffee press even I added more than the usual grounds and less water and let it brew longer. Still nope.I am not a coffee snob! I just like strong black coffee. I can’t imagine how weak this would have been with anything added to it. I love that they care about the planet + this is organic healthy and if the flavor had been right I would buy it again for all the right reasons.This if for the people that like it dark and strong like me, you have been warned. 3 stars for all the right reasons – minus 2 for the weak flavor and price.
