I did a lot of searching for companies that made custom mugs. Some allow only graphics; some allow graphics and text; some allow designs only on one side of the cup; all have different cup styles and sizes. It is virtually impossible to find exactly the desired combination of mug shape and size, and graphic/text style at a REASONABLE price. This company provided an ideal compromise — a decent-sized mug (443.5 ml – 15 oz), a variety of colours, and both graphics (an uploaded PNG or JPG file) and text (person’s name) on both sides of the cup for $9.99 each. Other sites ranged from $20-$40 per mug, often with poorer selection and customization.The only suggestion I have that would improve the experience would be to extend the range of mugs and colours. I actually wanted a large latte mug in red, on to which I would put white graphics and text. I could find the red mugs on Amazon, but I could not find any vendors who had the right style of mug and the ability to print in white on it.Other than that selection challenge, this was an *excellent* company to deal with. The mugs are excellent quality (dishwasher and microwave safe), they were delivered several days earlier than originally projected, and the price was excellent!

Perfect for gift or just to keep!!
I got this as a Christmas gift for my best friend because she has a cat that she loves and I found this picture of when I had her cat as a kitten and it ended up being the most perfect photo for the cup and the pink really ties it together!!

I got this as a gift for my dad, and the picture I chose looked awesome. There wasn’t any problems, and we hand wash our dishes anyways so we haven’t had issues with any sort of peeling. (I don’t know how it would do in a dishwasher though.) It also microwaves just fine.

Just as advertised
These will be as good as the picture you upload and edit when ordering. Mine came out great and they arrived sooner than expected. They were also the least expensive I found when considering shipping. Would recommend.
