Customers say

Customers enjoy the coffee’s taste, quality, and value for money. They find it has a robust flavor and is consistent. Many consider it a good go-to brand for consistency. Some appreciate the bitterness, smoothness, and aroma. However, some feel the strength is not very strong for espresso roasting. Opinions differ on freshness.

    Classic Italian solid flwaor.
Really nice coffee.Smooth, not sour at all and moderately bitter. I like it both for cappuccino and straight espresso shot.It is fairly easy to dial it in on a Kitchen Aid espresso machine.I think I prefer it to the Super Crema. So far, I tried Super Crema, Crema e Aroma, Gran Espresso, Espresso Barista and this is the one I am happier with.

Delicious. But, too expensive for me.

    Smooth and delicious
This coffee takes me back to the Campo Santa Margherita in Venice. It makes a beautiful, rich cup of coffee. My new fave!!

Decent flavor for a medium roast
I prefer Muy Macho but was looking for something different for reasons. I may order this again if Lavazza’s darker roasts don’t work out. I’m dialing in a new superautomatic so I’m not done trying new beans yet. I’d ask for recommendations but y’all seem to like weak coffee.

Love the chocolate note, especially in milk drinks!
Our household (husband and I are big coffee drinkers!) typically buys the Lavazza Super Crema (which we now have on a subscription) for our DeLonghi Eletta Explore, but wanted to try something new. We tried the Lavazza Crema e Aroma, but wasn’t as impressed, felt like the Super Crema was much better. Next up for a taste test was this one, the Top Class, and it did not disappoint! We loved the hint of chocolate (we do not taste the cinnamon, which was preferrable as we are not big fans of it). My husband drinks it as americano, I love it as a flat white/iced cappuccino. So good! This will be another one placed on subscription. For our super automatic machine, we avoid dark (therefore oily) roasts so I just look for medium roast – and we do not like fruity, floral, or acidic coffee, so this was a winner. Wish the roast date was sooner, but honestly, the price for this 2.2 lb bag overrides that con – we go through too much coffee a month, and this is value for money (and still tastes good). Highly recommend the Lavazza Super Crema and the Top Class!

    Great tasting
This coffee tastes great. probably my fav, and I’ve tried many. My only negative would be the size of the bag. Its huge, and costs a lot. How about offering a smaller size bag?

This coffee from Lavazza is full bodied and amazingly balanced. I get almost espresso quality from my drip Coffee maker. Packaging preserves freshness until you drink it. Price make it a “special occasion” beverage, however.
