Such a smooth velvety taste!! Definitely can taste the slight caramel flavor, and no bitter aftertaste. Since my husband and I drink lots of coffee during the week, we usually brew less costly coffees like Foldgers or Maxwell House. I have purchased several different brews for weekend enjoyment (where we can relax and throughly enjoy the coffee and itâs tastes, not rush and get to work). This particular brew will be ordered again, absolutely love it!!

My favorite brand
This coffee is smooth, delicious, and wonderful. I think the taste alone is everything. It’s mild and smooth with a nice caramel aftertaste. It’s bold however, but not overpowering. This company really knows what they’re doing. I’m switchingly to this coffee brand.

Good, But Not As Good As the Perfetto Dark Roast
This is a review of the Perfetto Medium Roast coffee. We had been loyal customers of Lavazza’s Perfetto Dark Roast, which they discontinued to our great dismay. The Dark Roast was a beautifully smooth, rich coffee. A Lavazza representative told me the Medium is very close in flavor profile, so that’s why Lavazza decided to discontinue the Dark Roast and offer the Medium Roast only.We enjoy the Medium, but notice a difference in flavor. Very disappointing. We’ll keep buying the Medium Roast, but not as happily as we bought the Dark Roast.

New Favorite!
Since Amazon featured this brand on sale during Prime Days, I have been trying various coffees from Lavazza. This one is a keeper and I have already ordered a few more.It has a very pleasing, rich flavor without any “burnt” or surprising “twangs” of unpleasant flavor. A little bit goes a long way, I will also mention.For decades, I was a diehard fan of Gevalia coffees – particularly way back in the “catalog” days. Lately, however, that brand is just not delivering the quality of yesteryear. The mocha, the Columbia… not the same as they once were. I have been searching for a quality coffee that has a rich, interesting and genuinely delicious flavor – a coffee that does not require all manner of additions to be tasty. This one is leading the pack.The other Lavazza coffee I have tried and enjoyed is the Crema E Aroma Whole Bean. The price is a bit high and the extra steps of dealing with the beans make it less appealing than this Ground House Blend, but I also recommend the Crema as well.

Great Coffee
What can I say. I started making my own expresso at home and Lavazza brand is the by far the best I’ve had. Some of the flavors are ground much finer than others. I’m not sure if this is the one i found like that. But it makes really good expresso.
