Tried this coffee machine in Italy and bought 1 when I got back.Wish it had option for k cup pods like the one in Italy. In Italy the machine accepts 2 different sizes of podsThis machine only takes the small pods.Still a great machine. Makes a terrific cappuccino.

Be careful!!! No returns accepted on this product. It was so difficult to purchase pods for this machine. The specific pods for this machine are so hard to find and super expensive. I tried to return it, and apparently they had a hidden message about no returns. CAREFUL, BE SURE YOU REALLY WANT IT, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. Even if there are issues, they offer to help fix it but no refunds. Really sad!!!

Love the machine I canât say enough. This does the same as machines that cost over a thousand dollars. This only came with 1 cup so I had to go and order another Lavazza glass cup which come with frother. Some machines came with 2 Lavazza cups mine came with just one. Aside from this the best and easier way to enjoy latte stress free and capuchino and espresso. It also makes coffee too just have to get the lavazza cafe pods and they are inexpensive. Itâs worth every cent. I also got the extended warranty for 25$

Our favorite!
This is one of the best purchases we have ever made! The design of this coffee machine, which can brew coffee, espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, and lungo, latte, is brilliantâno mess at all! Although we love cappuccinos, our previous machine was difficult to operate, and the frother created a mess. Eventually, it just sat unused on the counter.In contrast, this new machine is incredibly easy to operate, consistently produces perfect cups every time, and is SO EASY TO CLEAN! Surprisingly, I thought I would only use it for the fancy milk-based coffees, but I actually prefer the 8 oz coffee it makes over any other coffee I’ve had. To me, the milk coffees are a real treat, but my husband has a couple every day and loves them.We did purchase a second glass cup because we use them frequently. Although my husband just drinks his cappuccino out of the glass cup, I prefer to pour it into a mug. It looks just as pretty!We use this product about six times a day and utilize all its features. Every coffee option is delicious, and our guests really enjoy it. We also offer a variety of syrups, cinnamon, and raw sugar for our guests to choose from. Overall, it is fun, tasty, and easy for everyone to use.To use the double shot feature, you must get the LavAzza Gold Selection 2 (50 cents each). There are other options you can try for the single, but we like the LavAzza expert espresso Classico (40 cents each). We buy the pods on Amazon. They are very reasonable.I highly recommend! We have had it now for 3 months and just did our first descale. Super easy directions to follow.

Coffee quality!
As someone who grew up in Europe, Iâm very familiar with different types of coffee brands and Lavazza is one of the best ones. The functionality and coffee quality of this machine is great! I like that the size of the water container is decent, and I donât have to refill it several times. Although changing it everyday would be recommended because it affects the coffee taste. Also, love the design and color. A good addition to my kitchen aisle.

Best coffee machine so far
I love this machine. I love it so much that I rarely go out for coffee or lattes. The espresso is robust, machine is easy to use. I like that you can have a double shot, lungo etc. The milk froth works really well & itâs a tasty cuppa!

I wanted to love it but had too many issues
I bought this coffee machine after months of figuring out which one would give me the authentic cappuccino I have had for years with my Tassimo. I had real milk and espresso pods with Tassimo and needed something that made milk based drinks as well as regular good coffee without many steps. The Expert Classy Plus fit the bill because I didn’t have to use a separate frother like Nespresso or have flavored coffee with Keurig. My machine works ok, but I was told by Lavazza technical service that the amount of water dispersed into the holding capsule compartment is normal and on occasion the pod needs to be nudged in place, or it will get stuck. Both issues bother me, and don’t think any amount of water should be the norm for an empty compartment of used capsules. The amount of coffee in each capsule is more than Nespresso which gives a bolder taste which I like, but I still might return it as I have 30 days. Wish Tassimo was still a current machine with easy to order available compatible coffee. Lavazza is the number one coffee in Italy, and it is authentic, but the machine seems to need some tweaks, so I am on the fence at this point as to what the alternative is. Mine could be defective, as others who have the same machine do not have water accumulated in the capsule storage in the machine. I would need a replacement to find out. What to do…what to do…UPDATE 4.24.23 Around two weeks ago the machine started leaking water from the bottom all over my counter and I wrote to Lavazza again explaining the timeline of defective issues which they were aware of with this new one added and did not get any solution to date. I am positive I got a defective unit, as all Lavazza machines can’t be this way. Two stars is for the coffee taste and ability to make a real cappuccino in one process, not my experience with a defective unit. I called Amazon in my despair and explained the chain of events, and they refunded my money! I am very grateful for the great customer service Amazon provides and appreciate their diligence in helping me. THANK YOU AMAZON!

Great coffee/espresso
Iâve probably had almost every combination coffee/espresso machine out there- Keurig, Nespresso ( both original line and Vertuo), Bruvi etc. All of them brewed lukewarm coffee at best causing me to have to nuke it which inevitably gave me super hot( almost too hot), bitter coffee.None compare to the Lavazza Classy Plus. It consistently brews hot, flavorful coffee and espresso. The milk based drinks are wonderful too and close to those youâd find at any local coffee place.Although their coffee and espresso selections are relatively limited compared to other coffee manufacturers, Iâd rather have a good, tasty cup than overpriced coffee in lots of types/ flavors.Speaking of overpriced I think the cost of their pods are very reasonable – especially when compared to Nespresso who also requires a separate frother.My only regret- that I didnât find the Lavazza Classy Plus sooner.

It makes really good espresso and I love how it makes cappuccino, late, and macchiato. It makes the drinks look so fancy. It’s also very easy to use. I have purchased 3 of these, 2 for myself and one as a gift. I highly recommend this machine if you are a coffee lover.

Package arrived with damages to both the amazon box and even worse damage to product box. The machine makes great coffee and milk drinks, very convenient for all users! We spoke with Lavazza, they informed us amazon is not an authorized dealer so be careful if you order from amazon there is no return even if item arrives damaged, they will send you to Lavazza for support. Great machine terrible experience dealing with amazon customer service.
