I loved this set so much I bought them for everyone as Christmas gifts, and wedding gifts. They charge up quickly and hold a charge for weeks. The grind size is adjustable, which I like. The light shows you how much you’re dispensing. They feel like suede in your hand, are well balanced and chic looking. Many, many compliments on these. I love my salt and pepper grinder set. I am pleased with it. I did have to get another set as one of the grinders wouldn’t charge on the base. The company sent out a new one right away to replace it. I found that everything is fine with it. I needed to brush out the salt particles so that they could charge properly.

The idea is brilliant as I was so sick of replacing the batteries in my old salt and pepper grinder. I’ve had this set less than a year and have only been using it for about 7 months and the white one no longer charges (on the stand or fully plugged in). There is supposed to be a warranty so I reached out to the seller. They immediately responded that they will replace it, and then went radio silent on me. No more responses and no new set. I’ve reached out to them two more times since with just an automatic response that they have received my inquiry and will get back to me, but they never do. It’s a shame because I love the look of these and was singing their praises to anyone and everyone who came to my house to eat. I was planning on buying more to give as Christmas gifts until this issue occurred with no resolution. I highly advise staying away from this product. There are cheaper versions available that look just as nice and have high reviews. I just purchased a few of those for gifts.

Versus some older usb-c grinders I have, these have a much larger capacity and higher power. They’re attractive and easy to refill—much more so than the screw on variety.The base is okay. I don’t actually leave it plugged in because it would look ugly on the counter. The seller could improve the charging by including some right-angle usb cables and chargers (but none are included). If you try to plug it in with a normal usb cable and chargers, it will probably sit out at least 3 inches from your wall.

I have bad arthrosis of the thumbs and grinders are difficult and painful. These make it easy, the feel is soft and not slippery to hold. The control on the side ( some are on top) is better for me. It is easy to fill and they look great.
