Pleasant surprise in these Swiss espresso beans!
Even though I wanted the decaffeinated version, I received the espresso instead. Not complaining, always on the hunt for a good espresso bean! These beans from Switzerland boast organic origins through and through, clearly shown in the high quality of their coffee. The coffee is smooth yet intense, bursting with accents of dark chocolate and a small tinge of almonds. The aftertaste isn’t bitter or smoky at all to my delight, and a bit disappointed that despite them claiming creamy tones I couldn’t sense any. Just a whole lot of almond for some reason. Anyway it’s a great deal better in flavor when using an espresso machine, but you get a similar experience with a plain little French press or Arabian coffee maker. A splash of cream ir syrup makes this absolutely delicious, and will definitely impress even the coffee snobs in your life (it has so far on my end!). Bonus is the compostable bag once you’re finished with it, I truly love it when companies use even small swaps for the sake of promoting sustainability in their products!

This was a reliable decaffeinated bean that was fresh and worked for a smooth evening cup of joe. If I just need to reduce my caffeine a bit, I can blend it with my everyday favorite. It works great for this. It’s a smooth roast. The beans are certified organic and they arrived in compostable packaging which I considered a plus. Happy here.

Made a nice cup of coffee
I ordered the decaf version, but received the espresso beans, so the flavor might be different for those looking for a review on the decaf blend. I found the beans to be fresh and they ground easily in my Krups grinder. The pot I brewed had a nice aroma and I found it to have a smooth taste, not too bitter. I would say this blend is on par with other beans I purchase at the market and the price was reasonable to have an organic fair trade, hand picked bean.

Love the aroma of a freshly opened bag of coffee! This is a decaf variety. The beans look a rich brown. The bag is not resealable, but is compostable. After I ground up the beans I put them in my drip coffee maker. Nice cup of coffee!

A note to start: I requested the decaffeinated beans but ended up with the espresso blend. So this review is for the beans I received. I had this as my morning brew all week. Used a manual hand grinder and then brewed it in a French press. The beans aren’t quite as fresh as the other stuff I have at the house, but they aren’t overly dried out. The flavor of the coffee is pretty basic. It’s not bad, but there isn’t anything particularly special or notable about it. Just sort of a generic, reasonable coffee flavor. It works fine as a daily cup, but I’ll be brewing up something else on the weekends.

This is a wonderful option for those that want a good cup of coffee but donât want the caffeine. It has a smooth finish without the bitterness. Itâs a nice dark roast whole bean. It has a wonderful rich smell, when opening the bag, and even better while brewing. It can be easily paired with just about anything. I also love the packaging.

Beautiful dark roast
Getting up in the morning, this coffee right here hits the spot. Starting out grinding the beans, it fills my entire kitchen with aromatic coffee that is just heavenly. I got the dark roast and as expected it held a stronger, smooth flavor with a tad of bitter qualities. To me the bitterness was mild and easily pushed back with sugar packets and/or creamer. Loving it!

La Natura Organic Decaffeinato Coffee Beans came in a compostable package, but were very fresh and smelled great upon opening. The beans are oily and evenly roasted. They coffee was good, medium roast, slightly bold, but smooth with no bitternessthere are real issues with ordering, order the crema, get decaffienatio, order decaffeinato, get espresso.. they seem to have most of these miss labeled. I had ordered Crema and got decaffeinato. Tried again and got espresso.
