Damaged box and no return option
I bought it as a gift, however, it came with a damaged box and I do not have an option to replace it. Be very careful even buying for youself: it is no metallic seal, basically it is no guarantee what is inside.

Is it safe that the box was not sealed at all ? and the tea cans inside the box have no metallic cover to peel like the one on the bigger tea cans? Is this safe to use?I don’t feel confortable not having that security features. I would like to return it.

I received this order on December 7th. It is a Christmas gift, so will not be opened until December 25th. The expiry date is 01/2025. The tea will have expired before my gift recipients have a chance to finish it. This is a waste of my money!
