I regret to say that my experience with this coffee brewer has been quite disappointing. While it promises to provide a versatile coffee experience with compatibility for Dolce Gusto, Nespresso capsules, grounds, and ese pod coffee, it falls short in several aspects. ***There is leakage and leakage in the capsules of some brands. That’s why it makes me regret buying it.***Firstly, the quality and taste of the coffee produced by this machine did not meet my expectations. Despite the claimed 19-bar pressure and optimal temperature of 85Â°C, the coffee lacked the rich crema and stable taste that I was hoping for. The overall coffee experience was underwhelming and failed to deliver the desired satisfaction. ***Coffees should be between 82-85 degrees, yes, but drinking a burnt coffee is uncomfortable. I make my own espresso through this machine. My coffee tastes like burnt compared to my old coffee machine.***The design and convenience of the espresso machine were also lacking. While it had a visually appealing appearance, the user-friendly compact structure did not translate into a seamless brewing process. The automated work function was supposed to simplify the brewing process, but it often led to inconsistent results. Additionally, the automatic power-off function, while energy-saving, proved to be more of an inconvenience as it would sometimes turn off prematurely.Another disappointment was the speed of brewing. While the machine claimed to provide quick single-serve coffee in 30 seconds, it often took longer to brew a cup of coffee. This delay was frustrating, especially during busy mornings when I needed a quick caffeine boost.The detachable base, although advertised as accommodating different-sized coffee mugs, did not offer the flexibility and stability I expected. ***The lid sometimes comes off on its own and the coffee spills onto the kitchen counter.***It often felt flimsy and struggled to accommodate larger mugs or cups. ***Also I can’t fit standard coffee cups. I need to use smaller cups. I have dozens of different and wonderful coffee cups at home. I can no longer use any of them.***Overall, my experience with this coffee brewer has been unsatisfactory. The subpar coffee quality, inconsistent performance, and inconveniences in design and brewing process have left me disappointed. I would not recommend this product to those seeking a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience.

Great multifunctionality
Does a lot for a reasonable price. Loving all the pod options. Almost docked a star for the water dripping when you remove a pod after brewing. Seems mostly avoidable if you arenât removing immediately. Also louder than k cup only brewers. Coffee flavor seems great to me, granted never owned a real espresso machine myself.

I love its versatility
Iâm no longer stuck to choosing just one pod size. I can now pretty much purchase anyone I want. I love the smaller compact design. It is also super quick. You can customize your drink volume in units of 2oz and 6oz. Perfect for my guy with his super concentrated 2oz espresso. Just wish it was a wee bit taller. My regular size coffee mugs donât fit under the spout without having to remove the drain tray. His tiny cups fit perfect haha.

A bit more work but good options
At first, I was skeptical because it takes a little bit more work to do each of the different attachments. For example, I am replacing a Nespresso machine and the Nespresso machine ejects the capsules into a holding area, but this one you have to remove it each time.However, I discovered that it was really convenient to have the options of using K cups or ground coffee or Nespresso depending on what was on sale and what people wanted and that made it worthwhile and I would get it again

Espresso setting insufficient
I bought this coffee pot for the espresso setting. I bought some coffee pods not realizing they were for an espresso coffee pot. When I tried the machine, the amount of coffee that came out was so small that it wasnât worth the time to brew it. To top things off, the coffee tasted terrible!

I like how you can use multiple pods. Wish you could design it to hold bigger cups and make it drip less after you use but more pluses than minuses.

I finally figured out how to properly make coffee with my own grounds & I made it exactly how it says in the manual & suddenly the water wonât pour (it had been working okay right before) & the handle wonât lift back up so I can even remove the adapter- even my big strong brother-in-law couldnât lift it back up so no more coffee at all & Iâm going to have to return it with wet coffee grounds still stuck in it. Plus the coffee is always warm, NOT hot & it is very loud.
