This is a fantastic, versatile, compact machine. It was a little confusing during the unboxing, but the instruction booklet was helpful and got me started quickly. The buttons on top are touch-sensitive and work perfectly. You can choose water levels, temperature, and whether to pre-soak or not. Everything is explained in the instructions.I love that you have so many choices with this machine. In the video, I chose to use a Nespresso pod. It was suggested to use a flow level below 3, so I chose 2 and the yellow level for heat, as was also suggested. I also chose to pre-soak. It turned out delicious and had plenty of crema for something that came from a pod. Maybe not quite like my freshly ground beans and my espresso machine, but it was quick, easy, and yummy. Speaking of espresso, it will do that, too. The filter basket appears to be 51mm, and there is a tamper included with a scoop on the end. I donât know that Iâll use that function as frequently as the others since I already have an espresso machine, but itâs great to have. My husband enjoys K-Cups, so heâs happy about that option.This coffee maker should suit anyoneâs coffee preferences. Itâs very well thought out and seems to be a quality-made machine at a fair price. (Currently $135 w/&35 coupon) Iâm quite happy with it and recommend it.PS. The tapping toward the end of the video is my dogâs nails on our hardwood floor. It isnât the machine.

Excellent product with multiple useful features
We have used Keurigs pretty much daily for well over ten years. Then, on a recent trip to Spain, we found machines using Nespresso capsules in multiple rental apartments. These produced very nice coffee with thick crema that was way better than what we ever got from our Keurigs. Didnât think these were available in the US but have now learned that they do.The nice thing is that this machine accepts multiple types of capsules using a set of adapters. These range from K-cups to Nespresso capsules (both original â good value for money, and the new and really expensive Vertuo style) to loose coffee grounds. Testing with K-cups and Nespresso capsules worked well. Unlike K-cups, the Nespresso ones tested (Starbucks and an off-brand type) produced the nice crema we remembered from Spain.This particular model has several notable features. It lets you pick from seven coffee levels instead of the more common three. It also has a pre-soak feature that injects a small amount of water into the pods prior to extracting the coffee. The water reservoir is 1 liter, which is substantially greater than another unit we have tested. Finally, it lets you choose from four water temperatures, including cold.

I have mixed feelings about this machine. Not the brand they have been great. I had a different style from them that I had trouble with after a couple months and they replaced it immediately so the customer service with his company is fantastic. The unit itself is different than the one I had. This works great and you have a lot of different choices to use whether you want K cup, espresso, ESE,or ground. you can adjust the water volume but is also dependent on the type of coffee youâre making. On the older model I have you can preset a water mount that works every time you use it at the same level. Both units are great I just prefer being able to have more water at one time. This unit is nice looking, compact, and easy to use. Great value for the price, especially with the diversity

Very inclusive coffee maker, but the quality control needs to be better.
This machine comes with 4 different attachments for 5 different types of coffee brewing: your own grind, ese pod, Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, Kcup. All the attachments are clearly labeled which is very helpful. Unfortunately, I only do my own grind and Kcup, thus I did not try the other types. As I was thinking about testing the other attachments, I thought to myself how many people will actually want to have 1 machine that can use all 5 types? I don’t know but I am not one of them. I only needed 2, my own grind and Kcup for quick drink.It also has temperature and brewing water volume control, which is very nice, most coffee maker does not have these features. Being able to control the brewing temperature and how strong (how much brewing water) the coffee is a nice touch.As I go through the cleaning and inspection process, I notice some quality and manufacturing issues. The Nespresso attachment (2nd pic) rubber is plain ugly and peeling off and you can see the glue is everywhere (4th pic). The Kcup attachment plastic funnel output is also peeling off with manufacturing plastic (3rd pic).As suggested by the manual, I ran through several water only cycles to wash out the interior. I notice some white fragments got washed out, no idea what they were. However, it is also an indication that the tubing and attachments inside the machine are not very clean. They should have done their own wash as a quality control. As a consumer, seeing stuff coming out of the wash is a bit unsettling.The final picture is an espresso from the machine with my own grind. The crema is not much probably due to the LOW pressure. I don’t think this machine pressured the water for the brew. This is a coffee machine NOT an espresso machine like it claims.

Easy to set up and useâIâm very happy with this! I was a little wary unboxing it, as some expresso (or blended use machines) are more difficult to navigate. I had zero issues with figuring out the different reservoirs and settings for this machine. My only issue setting it up was accidentally brewing coffee grounds on âcoldâ temperatureâbut I was pleasantly surprised to have this option.Even the cold brewed coffee was pleasant and like a very mild cold-brew.Great size machine with multiple options. It doesnât take up too much more space than my very thin keurig, and it is very user-friendly.Functional, versatile, user-friendly, and compact machineâI think anyone would love having this on their countertop and for daily use. I LOVE that it has multiple use options, all in the same machine.
